I’m a little disappointed. The practice designs are very intricate, but the example pictures are extremely small—almost too small to see clearly. I do wear glasses, but I’m not blind. Given how complex the designs are, slightly larger images would have made this a much more effective workbook. After all, ‘workbook’ suggests it’s intended for a student or novice, where clear, visible examples are key to learning.

I used every kind of writing instrument including a Rapidograph, and the sharpest calligraphy point pen I could find! The practice space was confining, and the designs are too small. I was a graphic artist and now a multi media artist. I have been drawing for 40 years! My attempt to use this as a workbook was futile! The first picture is the size of the printed design and what it should look like after practicing on the designs before it like in the second picture. Not for kids or teens either. It will seriously frustrate them!
