300 ml Hela Curry Gewuerz Spiced Ketchup Extra Hot

I've never been to Germany, and have never had authentic currywurst or curry ketchup; in fact, I'd never heard of currywurst before about a month ago. So I can't say anything about authenticity. But wow, this stuff is good. Sweet, fenugreek-nutty, with a more complex flavor than I expected, and pleasantly spicy. (I'd say it's slightly less hot than Huy Fong's sriracha.) Been putting it on everything, and will definitely be buying more.

Will never go back to regular ketchup. I learned about this flavorful, spicy goodness among my travels to Germany, The Netherlands, and Austria.

Just like we got in Germany. The only exception is this seems to be a lot thinner in consistency. More like the consistency of maple syrup. In Germany it was more like ketchup. The flavor is slightly sweet but pleasing.

Taste just like I remembered from Germany but then it was a German brand.

For those times when you want a currywurst or curry fries, the taste is Great! It's a little sweeter than I prefer or my rating would be a 5. Price is a bit steep but acceptable for occasional use.
