I really like these. They have no taste and aren't too big to swallow. I am not really sure as to how well they are working, but it seems like my skin is softer since I have been taking them. I haven't seen a real change in my hair like I was hoping, but Colostrum is supposed to be good for a lot of things so I will keep taking them and see.
