Great Sleep Sack for Pavlik Harness
We bought this sleep sack for our daughter who was just diagnosed with hip dysplasia and is in a Pavlik harness. She is around 12lbs and 24" long, so a little under the medium size but it still worked well and gives extra room for her legs to move and for her to grow into. The ability to remove the arms is great for when she is ready to transition out of a swaddle (not quite yet at her age of only 3 months.) She did have a hard time getting used to this swaddle because the arms are not tight and it doesn't provide a "cocoon" type feel (not the fault of this product) that she is used to with our other swaddles, so we will be ordering an arms-only swaddle to use on top of this to give her a more secure feel. The material is a nice, breathable material that is thick enough to provide some warmth while also not restricting movement whatsoever. I do feel like the price is a little high for what it is, especially since we like to have more than one swaddle in case one gets dirty. Ideally, we would have a third one to leave at daycare, but we are making do with just one for now. Overall, this product is great for her new needs and I'm thankful there are products like this out there to support those with hip dysplasia! I would recommend this swaddle to a friend. I'm happy that it was available with same-day delivery so we could order it right after her ortho appointment and have it for that night's sleep.

Great for Pavlik harness
Our little one has to wear a Pavlik harness for hip dysplasia, so we had to find alternatives to swaddling asap. This has been amazing so far. She normally sleeps with arms up like she’s on a roller coaster, so I was concerned she would hate this but actually she seems very cozy and happy. The material isn’t too thick which is great, I’m not worried she will over heat but it’s definitely warm enough for our house (usually 68-70 degrees at night). It’s also very easy to use, since it zips from bottom (great for midnight diaper changes) and top. It’s super soft and so far has held up great in the wash. Overall I am very happy with this and would recommend!

Sincerely, a grateful mom
I don’t normally leave reviews, but I hope this helps another family in our same boat. My 3 month old son go put in a Pavlik harness for mild hip dysplasia and we had to abruptly move him from a snoo to his crib sooner than we planned. We tried a few other swaddles but he kept breaking out of them and startled too much to fully go arms out, all while taking almost a week to adjust to his harness. The first night with this one he slept like a dream and has continued to. It helps his startle, allows his legs to be comfortable while sleeping in his harness and the material is so nice and soft! Thank you love to dream for thinking of the little ones who need some help adjusting to sleep on a harness.

It’s great for fitting the Pavlik harness
My daughter has hip dysplasia and has to wear the Pavlik harness and this swaddle allows her to wear it comfortably and keeps her warm while sleeping. The material is thin and breathable. Love that the arms zip off and can grow with her as she gets bigger.

Good Hip Dysplasia Solution
Got us through the hip dysplasia braces, and she's still sleeping in it after graduating. Worked perfect with both a pavlik and rhino from 6-12 months.

I have bought two. My daughter has had all the braces for hip dysplasia (pavlik, rhino, and ilfeld) and it works amazing! Would definitely recommend.

This swaddle works great. Our daughter, 8 months and 24lbs, is in a rhino harness. This sleeper fits her perfectly and it’s great that you can restrain their hands if needed too.
