Tastes like childhood (but better!)
For my birthday, I was craving confetti cake cupcakes and where I live, there aren’t bakeries who cater to gluten allergies so I decided to make it myself. This mix is sooo good, reminding me of being a kid!! The cupcakes came out very moist and it was really easy to make. And obviously much cheaper to make at home :) King Arthur caters to my celiac needs and I can always trust their products.

Delicious and Fun
King Arthur has the best gluten free mixes. Other brands of gf mixes are grainy or dense but the texture of King Arthur gluten free mixes is light and fluffy just like “normal” cake. They use vegetables to color the sprinkles without fake food coloring. I was pleasantly surprised to find this delicious and also fun cake mix.

Best boxed cake mix!
I mistakenly ordered two boxes of the gluten-free confetti cake mix (rather than the regular flour)and made a white icing to go on it and it was absolutely delicious! My friends and family loved it too

The best brand of gluten free cake mixes out there!
We love, love, love the King Arthur Gluten-free cake mixes. They are truly the best tasting gf boxed cake mix we've tried, and we've tried a lot. Their new confetti cake is an excellent addition! We especially appreciate that the confetti dyes are natural and not artificial.
