Fantastic Product and Support - I highly recommend
After flying toy drones which are essentially junk, I got frustrated and decided I was wasting my precious time with them. For example they have no image stablization, and the controls are alway max speed forward, left, right, and back. There is no gradual acceleration on toy drones, and that makes them difficult to control for precise landings. So I bought this unit assuming it would be much easier to control, and that turned out to be true. I bought the DJI Air 3 with Fly More RC 2 package. That comes with 3 batteries, a charger for three batteries, a remote control with a high quality video screen, a customized carrying case, extra blades, and USB-C charging cable. The RC 2 controller with video display is the bomb. I is high quality and I can read it in daylight. It's worth the extra price because it's ready to go and you don' t have to fuss around with your phone trying to figure out how to connect it to a controller. I read a lot of reviews from Drone owners on Reddit, and used AI search to find what the consensus is about DJI in general and the Air 3 drone in particular. That consensus is their products are excellent, their product support is excellent, and their instructional videos are awesome. They guide you every step of the way which makes getting up and flying a much easier and pleasant experience. I flew it for the first time today, 27-July-2024, and what a fantastic experience it was! First of all the controls are very reponsive, and the drone has absolutely no problem hovering even when the wind kicked up. I practiced multiple landings and precision flying on a soccer field. I could easily maneuver in, out, around, and above the goals. The unit can lift off and climb very fast, and the video transmission to the controller was detailed and flawless. Landings were made easy because the cameras are mounted on a gimbal is stabilized. You can tilt the camera straight down and see directly underneath the drone. When you descend to land a cross hairs appears showing where the drone would land. It was easy to manuever the cross hairs onto my makeshift cardboard landing pad and then descend for a landing. I made several manual precise landings. The unit does have a RTH or return to home feature which will automatically land it for you. It does a good job but you can easily do a more precise landing manually. RTH is handy for situations where the battery is low, or if you lose contact with the controller. Under these conditions RTH is automatically initiated. Drone motor noise is minimal thanks to the brushless motors. In fact once you get to a certain altitude like maybe 150 to 200 feet you cannot hear it at all, or maybe very faintly if there is no wind or background noise. Earlier generations of drones were very noisy which just made everyone hate them, but you don't have to worry about that with the DJI Air 3. There are two cameras: a wide angle lens camera and a telephoto lens camera. They take high quality images, and can save snapshots or video to a Micro SD card on the drone, or it can store it on a Micro SD Card controller. The video quality is breathtaking, and so far it has been very easy to learn to use them. All in all, I must say flying this drone is incredible fun. A whole new world has opened up to me now, and I am so hooked. It is an excellent drone for a beginners because it is packed with advanced features like obstacle avoidance and it is so easy to use! It cost me around 1,300.00 US dollars, and it is well worth every penny!

Mavic Mini's Big Brother Rivals Mavic Pro!
As a prior owner of both the DJI Mavic 2 Pro and the DJI Mavic Mini, I was excited to try out the new DJI Mavic Air 3. After using it for a while, I can confidently say that it is an excellent drone that offers a lot of value for its price. This drone is considerably larger than prior Mavic Air and Mavic Mini generations, weighing in at 3x the weight of the Mavic Mini. To make up for that weight, you get a considerable feature set that I believe strikes an excellent balance between the Mavic Mini series and the Mavic Cine series. The DJI Mavic Air 3 comes with a dual-lens camera and all-around obstacle sensors. While it is slightly larger than its predecessor, the Mavic Air 2, but still compact enough to fit in your camera bag. The drone has a long battery life, with up to 46 minutes of flight time on each intelligent flight battery. This kit includes 3 batteries and an excellent charging hub, redesigned with locking charge slots (squeeze a button to release the battery) that can consolidate charge from each battery to the highest charged battery, thus maximizing flight time while on the road. One of the standout features of the DJI Mavic Air 3 is its dual-camera system. The drone has both a wide-angle and a mid-telephoto camera, allowing you to capture sharp 4K footage with standard, flat, or HDR color profiles. The cameras are gimbal-stabilized and have a 60-degree upward tilt, which makes it easy to capture smooth and stable footage. Unlike the Mavic Pro and Cine, both sensors on this drone are the same, allowing for identical quality footage at either effective focal length (24 or 70). In addition to its impressive camera capabilities, the DJI Mavic Air 3 also has a range of intelligent flight features. These include Hyperlapse, slow-motion, and waypoint flight features. The drone also has all-around obstacle avoidance sensors, which makes it easier to fly and reduces the risk of crashes. One of the key features that make the DJI Air 3 drone a serious upgrade over its predecessor is the all-new DJI RC 2 remote controller that comes with a built-in screen. The device succeeds the DJI RC remote controller that ships with Mini 3 Pro and Mavic 3 Pro and simply adds to the joy of flying DJI’s latest all-rounder drone with dual primary camerasThe DJI Fly app interface is designed to be simplified and ultra-intuitive. The RC 2 looks almost identical to the DJI RC. The sleek and lightweight device features a 5.5-inch, 1920×1080 built-in FHD screen capable of maintaining 700 nits of high brightness. But on the inside, the device packs in considerable enhancements. For starters, RC 2 is equipped with a better processor that ensures improved CPU and GPU performance. As a result, you get an ultra-smooth app and system operation as well as a seamless aircraft control experience with every flight -- all without tying up your mobile phone while flying. Another improvement comes in the form of additional antennas. DJI RC 2 integrates two built-in and two external antennas, thus supporting a dual-transmitter quad-receiver system. Essentially, you get double the number of both transmitter and receiver antennas compared to the previous generation RC, which means better signal strength and safer flights. Further, the external antennas allow angle adjustments for optimized video transmission signals. Overall, I am very impressed with the DJI Mavic Air 3 Fly More Kit including the new DJI RC 2. It offers a lot of value for its price and is an excellent choice for anyone looking for a drone with advanced camera capabilities. Its long battery life, compact size, and intelligent flight features make it a joy to fly. Its control range and capabilities rival those of the Mavic 3 series. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a high-quality drone.

Review IN REAL TIME
Received FLYMORE package today from Amazon October7, 2023. Ordered last night around 8pm and received package around 10am… Fast! Like many “Precious or delicate” items ordered from Amazon I got the typical box nearly twice the size of the box inside… usually not a problem unless it’s the typical box twice the size of the box inside with ZERO bubble wrap, air pack, or crumbled paper you SHOULD have to protect the nearly 1800$ box inside, so yeah, Cool…. Thanks Amazon for the I don’t “care package”! And wouldn’t you know… the DJI box had a dent on the bottom of it, just what you want to see when you spend your hard earned money or in my case charged, using the 12mo. Financing and haven’t even made my first payment yet….come on Amazon!, you make way too much money to cut corners and have no excuses. On to the drone…. Unboxed and items seem to be ok thanks to the great packaging by DJI utilizing the nice carrying bag as it’s packaging insulation. I have everything opened up and ready, and the power bank charger cable is due to arrive in a few days. The point in starting this in real time review is that I figured I’d go ahead and plug the USB c charger into the average standard charging outlet at least so I can potentially fly before the arrival of the power bank charger… however I plugged it in shortly before 11am and it’s now 9pm as of writing this and Not even the first battery is at 3 bars than it dawned on me that my MacBook Pro had a USB c power bank charger, and sure enough.. I plugged it in and the speed went from Snail to rapid and within 30 minutes it finished the first and now 3/4 the way on the 2nd battery. This is what compelled me to start the review earlier for those that want to save a few bucks and happen to have a newer MacBook Pro with the same output range charger, before doing so however double check the specs of the DJI version and your current one first for the same or similar “safe” output V/A. This is my first DJI drone, I’ve had many, I can already tell that without even flying it yet that the build quality has surpassed all but one 10k cinema drone that’s out of my budget, so I’m eager to fly and thus far impressed with what I see from DJI. That’s it for now, weather permitting i will check back in with updates, as the journey begins…. And with fingers crossed hopefully the journey ends well too. Happy flying! Update-12/29/23 The drone is absolutely amazing, I have been on several trips and the footage is bar none the best! I haven’t had any lag which you see in most below average drones constantly which really is what causes you to crash, so this is exceptional as you won’t be flying into a stray object unless you’re not paying attention. The obstacle avoidance is great but keep in mind it will NOT pick up objects with little definition… limbs with no leaves are a nemesis…. So high alert if flying near them. All in all I’ve been so impressed with the quality of DJI, since this purchase I went in to buy the pocket 3, the mini pro 4 fly more, the DJI dual mics, the iPhone gimbal, the ronin 3 pro gimbal and so on, I’m blessed to be able to do so. The company and products are great! And I needed a core company and product line to wrap around for my upcoming ventures. I can see them entering the Full Frame or cinema style Camera scene soon and if so, I will take the leap, until then I’m with my Nikon for that. I hope to see Major upgrades to the software App side however, that is one of two weakness that should be noted of DJI as whole that I’ve spotted thus far… the second is important as well, and that is the “Intelligent battery” system doesn’t seem to be intelligent enough to maintain the batteries power, so do make sure you top off batteries if they have sat idle for days or weeks, as they do lose power. I was a bit disappointed with this however I purchased the 2 yr extended plans on all the devices and if they fall short I will be filing a claim on those in particular. No other issues thus far… as of this update, absolutely buy this if you’re on the fence. The quality and experience are top notch! Attached a vid and few photos, not sure of what quality they’ll display but on my end they’re on point. See you soon for another update!

Would have been great!
Read this before you purchase the DJI Air 3. I received the drone when expected and the packaging was in great shape. I followed all the instructions from unboxing to flying the drone for the first time. The problem started after I activated my remote controller. Prior to this, I was able to charge the remote controller using the included charging cable to 100%. After the remote was activated and I updated the firmware (which you have to do), I was no longer able to charge the controller. At first I thought I was doing something wrong, or the cable/power supply was bad. So I checked the specifications and that wasn't the problem. So I tried 5 other power cables and power supplies.. nothing. I then tried connecting the remote to my computer.. nothing. So I looked online to see if this was a common issue. It is! There are hundreds of people having this same issue and there is nothing you can do about it other than sending the whole thing back in or trying to go through DJI but good luck with that. This is a huge disappointment. Why hasn't this issue been fixed when it affects so many customers? As far as I know, and from what I have read during my research, it only affects RC-2 and RC-N2 controllers, not the earlier versions. But you can only use RC-2 or RC-N2 controllers for the Air 3. All in all, I got to fly the Air 3 once before I realized I couldn't charge the controller anymore. It was a beauty to fly and the camera is spectacular. That doesn't really help much though when you can't charge the controller to continue flying it. The only other DJI options that are directly above or below this model that don't use the same controller are the Mini 3 and Mavic. The mini 4 also uses the RC-2 or RC-N2. It's just beyond me how a $1000 drone has a major defect with a controller like this. If you do decide to buy this anyway and roll the dice, good luck! But I would check to see if there is a new firmware update past 02/06/24, or a message from DJI about a fix for the controller, before purchasing this thing.

An Impressive Upgrade
I recently upgraded to Air 3 from my Mavic Air 2, and I must say, it has exceeded my expectations. The first thing that struck me was how much the flight experience has improved. The included remote controller offers intuitive controls and a comfortable grip, it all just felt seamless. Other things I absolutely like: 1. Exceptional image quality: With its dual camera setup, and the 1/1.3" sensor, Air 3 delivers outstanding image quality. The photos are incredibly sharp and detailed, videos also look more vibrant compared to my older drone. 2. More flight time: One of the standout features of Air 3 is its impressive 46-minute flight time. I don't even know if I will ever need to fly that long, but already pleased to be able to fly longer than before! No need to interrupt my flights for battery changes. 2. Much, much better obstacle sensing: Air 3 comes equipped with omnidirectional obstacle sensing. This feature has been incredibly valuable during my flights, giving me the confidence to fly with ease and focus solely on shooting. Something to consider: It's a pricey gear. It comes with a higher price tag compared to the Mini 3 Pro. For beginners, it might be better to go with the Mini first. However, if you're serious about taking your aerial photography to the next level, Air 3 is well worth it. There is a learning curve: As a feature-rich drone, mastering all of Air 3 capabilities can take some time and practice. The various flight modes, camera settings, and advanced features require patience and dedication. However, this is a must for both safety reasons and the stunning results. Overall, I have to say Air 3 has brought my creative vision to new heights. It is a remarkable piece of equipment. While it comes with a higher price tag, it's definitely worth it.

Outstanding purchase.
As a small business owner, investing in the DJI Air 3 Fly More Combo has been one of the best decisions I’ve made. The ease of use is excellent. Connectivity with the this drone is seamless, and the stability in flight gives me confidence when capturing content for my clients, even in less-m thanks -ideal weather. The range is also impressive, which really expands my creative options. The durability and overall build quality feel solid and reliable, which is crucial when I’m depending on my equipment to deliver results. The Fly More Combo is a great value since the extra batteries keep me working longer without interruptions. On top of that, the seller shipped my order ahead of schedule, which really helped me get this drone into action faster for my business projects. Highly recommend this drone for anyone serious about elevating their content whether for business and personal use.

Awesome bird, fair software and customer service
The bird, batteries, rc 2 and charger all deserve 5 stars! I love this thing! Took a star away because of some problems I found in the rc software that does not effect how the aircraft works and customer service leaves allot to be desired. Otherwise, the bird, controller and batteries all 5 stars!

Great Drone - Amazing Flight Time, 4K Video, Auto-fly Settings
I've been flying the DJI Mavic Air 3 for a while now, and there’s a lot to love about this drone. It has some standout features like the zoom lens, an impressive flight time of over 40 minutes per battery, and exceptional durability in windy conditions, thanks to its weight being over 250g. I was also really impressed that it came with so many extra propellers. However, if I had to choose again between the Air 3 and the DJI Mini Pro 4, I might lean towards the Mini Pro 4. While the Air 3’s zoom feature is handy, it's not truly 4K quality, which limits its usefulness in certain shots. The Mini Pro 4 offers the same main camera as the Air 3 but has the added advantage of being under 250g, making it more versatile and usable in more locations, and easier to let others fly because no drone pilot license would be required. That being said, I do love the Mavic Air 3. There were some opportunities for improvement such as the drone doesn't come with a case or protective covering for the propellers, and the blades easily get caught when putting the drone in the bag. I was also surprised it only came with one charging cord - three would have been ideal to optimize all the charging ports if possible because the batteries do take a long time to charge. Overall, I would rate the Mavic Air 3 a 4.5/5. It’s an excellent drone, but with a better quality zoom lens, it could easily be a full 5 stars.

Sehr gute C1 zertifizierte Film-/Foto Drohne. Tolle Kamera & umfangreiche Sicherheitsmechanismen.

Product is brand new / 商品は新品です
I ordered this product with a worry that it is a refurbished item but I checked the serial number and it was brand new. I even checked the plastic seal and no tampering was done on the product. I recommend this item over DJI Mini 4 Pro since it has more resistance to strong winds and you will not be worried when flying above water. I will go back to this review if I encountered any issues.
