Love these! Got these back in 2024 and still works well and has held up after all this time :) easy to use too. You just plug the Bluetooth usb to your console (in my case it’s my ps4) and it connects once you turn the headphones on. I haven’t tested the microphone before so I can’t attest to that. It also adjusts easily so it can sit comfortably on your head, the extra cushion at the top of it helps too. It has good quality audio too for the price, I love it especially since I live with others and don’t wanna bother anyone late at night. Durable too, but will say that the Bluetooth USB I think has a smaller component attached that you can use as a different bluetooth but I haven’t been able to take it off ever, it’s stuck on there tight

UPDATE: I want to recognize that I did not register the product for warranty which was provided upon purchase. If I could have exchanged this item for another, might have been a different original review. One bad product is not a statement for the rest of the stock. However, first impressions are important. The customer service team reached out and provided me with options to resolve my issue, which I am thankful for. It is nice to know if I did have issues that I wanted to reach out about, a team is ready to assist. If I choose to purchase again in the future I would give this product another chance for sure. It is the same standard materials, headset feel, and sturdiness of all other headsets in the same price range that you find online. But the option to switch between Bluetooth and wired audio is very nice if you can use both options. ORIGINAL: Purchased and first used December 2025 for myself. Using for Xbox, the 24hz audio setting. The microphone continuously cuts in and out. It finally stopped working, and the audio for the sound does not work properly. Not sure how well the Bluetooth setting would work for other use. The headphones did not work well for my personal use.

I am pleasantly surprised by these headphones. The black and white design looks very modern, and the build quality feels solid. The ear cushions are super soft and don't hurt my ears at all, even after several hours of gaming or listening to music. The wireless sound is crisp with no noticeable lag or interference. Battery life has been great so far. Definitely a highly recommended purchase for the price. 10/10!

These connect to my sons phone and laptop fine but not the xbox. They are rather light and feel cheaply made but seem to do the job. They seem to be comfortable on him and have a good range. Just disappointed in the quality and that they won't connect wirelessly to the xbox
