My Go-To Yeast for Baking Bread
This is hands down my go-to yeast right now for all my baking needs — mainly the weekly bread I make. It rises well and is easy to use. Highly recommend!

Yeast without emulsifier. Works fine!
I prefer SAF instant yeast, but almost all instant yeasts contain sorbitan monostearate, and emulsifier I don’t want in my bread. Red star packet yeasts are the only ones without it, so I guess this is the yeast I am using now! Works fine, just not as well as SAF

A bit pricey but it's the only organic yeast I could find. It works
I wish they had one for sale that wasn't individual packets for a better value but this works. I've used it once for pizza dough and it worked well.
