I purchased this car for my grandson nearing three years old. He loves to wash his cars and trucks and the waterproof aspect of this rc car is what attracted me to it. The remote has three buttons and two joysticks on it. The buttons are: power, lights, and demo mode. The joysticks are designated with forward/backward, and left/right. The tires extend beyond the body of the car with a rubber strip along the middle of them that would contact obstacles first and the car is light weight enough it does not appear that would cause damage to walls or furniture. In the demo mode there are several sequences that demonstrate some of the cars capabilities. It flipped upside and I went to put it back on its wheels but it was able to rock itself back to upright without interference. I also tested this using the remote control and was able to flip it back over to its wheels. This car is fast enough that an open area or outdoors would be optimal and the speed is not really adjustable. I am not sure yet if my grandson will be able to control the car due to the speed but if not he can always just let it run in demo sequences until he can master it. I love the fact that the car is equipped with recharchable lithium batteries that are charged using a USB type C cable with a charging indicator light. The remote uses two AA batteries but the cover has a small release button and you don't have to fight a microscrew to get the batteries. Even with the release button the battery cover seems to be secure. About the only thing I would add would be a fast/slow mode switch but I think once the weather cooperates it will be a great outdoor toy with water table car washing options. I included one of the longer demo sequences to show the speed and capabilities of this little car.

I got this to play with my dog outside. It is not very fast outside. It keeps a charge for a good amount of time. We just use it on a flat carpet and the dog yells at it and has great fun. It is not fast enough for them to chase however.

I got this February of 2025 and my son has beaten it thrown it anything you can thing of and it still works so good I definitely recommend for ur kid it’s tough and long lasting and still his favorite toy inside or outside. ❤️❤️❤️🥳

This was for our three year old grandson! He absolutely loves it! He can operate it really good and he laughs the whole time and really enjoys all the stunts it does. A great toy! And ships fast! I will definitely order more for the other grandsons.

We gave this to a 4 year old boy, who is huge into cars, and loves crashing into everything! He opened this up and used it right away. It was easy for him to learn, the battery lasted almost an hour and half ( we did charge it before opening), the child loved the rotation of the car and all the spinning it did. We definitely recommend this product.

On land, this car is great for the price. It can also drive around in the water, at least for a few minutes. However, the manufacturer's claim that it is "100% Waterproof" is false advertising. And "IP68" is laughable, and certainly NOT independently certified. There's a silicone cover on the USB C port, but other than that, there is exactly zero waterproofing. I dismantled it, and there are no rubber gaskets, it's just plastic pieces screwed together. I bought a total of four of these cars, and they worked great for the first hour. But then they filled up with water in the pool and started malfunctioning. The kids were not happy. I would probably give a 5-star review if these cars weren't advertised as amphibious, because they are otherwise pretty cool. Just don't put them in water for any significant period of time and expect them to keep working.

Charges fast, works as it should, seems pretty sturdy and is quieter than our other RC truck. My four year old can confidently drive this around and loves to put it in demo mode and laugh at it doing tricks on its own. He’s driven it on all kinds of surfaces and it does pretty well, including grass, sand and water! Planning to buy more as gifts on the next sale!

One of the wheels came off on the first day from falling off the couch but somehow it still functional. My child loves the toy!

Purchased as a Christmas gift. It managed to function better than expected until this weekend when a wheel snapped itself off during use - and not under duress, just moving forward on carpet. Bummed the plastic was so brittle.
