Do these come with the clip? I’ve ordered them twice and neither have come with the clip.

I've owned a couple of pairs of these. Great little earbuds for the price and I'm rough on them, using them for workouts, yard work, even in the sauna (probably not a good idea). Eventually they give out, but at this price I don't mind. The last pair I ordered from Amazon had the clip and I consider it essential, that way you can pull them out of your ears and they hang safely on your shoulders. Without the clip they're constantly sliding onto the ground or floor. Sadly, I recently bought a pair at Best Buy, opened it at home and there was no clip. Took it back to exchange it, and none of the other boxes they had in stock included the clip. So I don't trust that the clip is included any more, and will probably move on to another set of buds.
