Lo estoy tomando y de momento muy bien, no me sube el "aceite" como otros, y de composición esta muy muy bien, asi que seguiré tomandolas y actualizaré si noto algo raro, pero creo que se van a quedar conmigo como comodín de omegas. Que estando en menopausia eso es muy importante (y sin menopausia tambien, pero bueno)

Il dosaggio di acido alfalipoico e curcuma è basso, quindi non mi crea problemi con cali glicemici. Integro con molte altre sostanze antietà per attivare le sirtuine, ma senz'altro assumerò questo integratore a lungo. nessun retrogusto, ottima digeribilità, inizio già a vedere miglioramenti per ciò che riguarda la mia pelle.
