Just purchased my second pack and all I can say is I’m very impressed and happy that I tried these, I’ve been suffering with really bad anxiety since becoming menopausal and lately my anxiety was getting intense to the point it was starting to impact my work and sleep, but after a two weeks on these I can confirm for me it’s been a life changer I sleep better and deeper and my anxiety knot as I call it in my stomach is almost not there which for me is now manageable. I really can’t recommend these enough I had no weird after taste or side effects and the price was really good for less than £6 a box it’s well worth a try. Hoping to be able to buy these in a bigger pack so I don’t have to reorder so often.

These are life changing for me. I’ve tried so many different things to try and help me but they work amazing. They take the edge off and help support me with other things I am trying to do to help ease anxiety. I take these once daily and feel the effects about an hour after and they are such an amazing little thing I can’t recommend them to anyone more.

The previous brand of 80mg lavender oil capsules I used to buy are no longer available. So out of a lack of choice I tried these. They are much more effective for some reason. For a week straight I have been asleep within an hour of taking one and sleep straight through. I am also noticeably calmer during the day. Far too expensive though. They should at least have the option of buying bigger packs with reduced cost per capsule. I knocked a star off because of the price and small pack size.

I have been taking these for a few months now, as I have peri menopausal anxiety. They have improved my anxiety significantly. I just take one every morning, they are small and easy to swallow. You do occasionally get the after taste of lavender but it’s not consistent.

Easy to swallow, I think they might’ve helped but the lavender taste every time you belch (and these tablets make you belch) is just so awful. I was hoping the taste might be like Parma Violets or something like that but it’s really not. And if taken in the morning, it takes hours for it to wear off, but I was finding they made me feel nauseas if I took them at bedtime. Wouldn’t buy them again.

I love the simplicity of the one-a-day dose. It’s a relatively cheap way to try a traditional herbal approach to wellness without any complex routines. They are well-packaged and easy to take on the go if needed. If you’re looking for a gentle, UK-trusted herbal supplement, this is an excellent choice!
