Worked for me. Used it on my 1972 R5C cafe build.
Worked for me. I installed it on the right-side lower rear shock tube of my 1972 R5C Cafe Bike. I used #3 conduit clamps that I purchased separately from a local hardware store along with the kit. This kit is pretty universal and plenty sturdy. I used the one of the included brackets to add a small vintage look taillight to the bracket as well.

Solid bracket
Got this for my 19 FXDR and fits perfectly. Also way more solid than the one I had before, which broke off on a long ride.

Works for Me!
Product used to properly remount an add-on bobber tail light to my Softail. There were a number of -ve reviews concerning durability & such for this product but I figured what could go wrong as it's just steel plate, so I ordered it. It was durable enough to bolt horizontally on the HD "plastic" license plaque. Easy install. Worked out just fine & the tail light is properly secured on its mount. In my case, the metal & powder coating was fit for purpose. The hardware was economy grade. I disliked it as it will rust. Will change the bolts for aluminum or stainless.

garbage beware
cheap metal broke in 4 days got a dam ticket for not displaying licsense plate because the dam metal broke and lost my plate on freeway thanks for the headache ! i can’t even return it cause it’s somewhere on the interstate 5 …cost me a ticket . time it took to go get a new plate plus the fees i had to pay

I had to drill out the hole to fit over my axle. 05 cbr1000rr.

Holes for the bracket
The metal is heavy and the finishing is good too. But, it only got holes for one bracket and cant use the second bracket…
