Excellent touchscreen computer.
So far, so good. It worked right out of the box. Came with Win 11 home, but with instructions how to upgrade to Pro. Upgrade went smoothly. It's fast enough, maybe a little slower than a desktop. All the usual Win 11 apps perfectly. I find the touch screen to be very useful, pointing a finger is faster than maneuvering a mouse icon for me. The key board is Okay, although the placement of the delete, home, and end keys at the top row took a little getting used to. Screen quality is good. Able to watch youtube videos withougt a problem. Overall, a good computer. However, the return policy is not the usual Amazon one. You have to pay the shipping if you want to return it. Didn't find out how much, but if you have to use Fedex, it can be expensive.

It's a LEMON! Don't buy it!
This has truly been an awful laptop to use. I think what we've got is a lemon. It is so ultra-sensitive that it seems to have a life of its own. It automatically downloads articles, pictures, etc that I haven't clicked on. When I'm working on a file/project using Office products, a window pops in and out repeatedly, and when turinng on my computer it continues to say it does not have a service tag, although I keep providing that information. When I'm on the Internet, a search window also keeps popping in/out repeatedly. Honestly, we're going to "junk" the computer and get one that is more user friendly.
