We were planning to upgrade to a motorised recliner as the manual one we had helped reduce severe acid reflux and had almost finalized a deal until we saw this bed in an outlet. It was a no brainer investment and the bed has been wonderful. Delivery was quick and installation done next day. Go for it if you have gerd and can't lie for hours after food.

The bed frame initially impressed with its sturdiness and lifting capacity. However, after a year, the motors developed a rattling sound, a problem that required technical support to resolve. While the support was helpful, the rattling persists intermittently, suggesting some loose, unsecured internal components. Despite this, the bed frame's overall performance remains satisfactory after 18 months. PS: The amazon care didnt help much and had to constantly follow up with sleep company customer support to get the needful done.

अगर आप यहां बेड खरीदने जा रहे हैं सिर्फ सोने के लिए तो बिल्कुल भी ना खरीदें यार सिर्फ मास्टर रूम में जहां टीवी देखना है जहां आपको कुछ काम या लैपटॉप चलाना है उसके लिए बेहतर बेड है या सोने के लिए तो फ्लैट बेड ही अच्छा रहता है क्योंकि इसकी कीमत के हिसाब से आप नॉर्मल बेड ही खरीद कर सो सकते हैं और इस बेड पर मैट्ट्रेस खरीदने पर खासतौर से ध्यान दें इस पर या तो कॉटन या पूरे लेटेक्स गद्दा ही बेहतर रहेगा इसके साथ में आने वाला मैट्रेस सही सेट नहीं ले पता है और किसी भी काम का नहीं है

Though the product is very useful in terms of its feature, the problem is post purchase poor support. No one turned up for six days despite priority requests quoting my aged parents. Finally had to assemble it on my own (luckily has all the tools). The best part is the Rep who came on the seventh day was all alone. He expected the customer to help him in assembling the bed which is close to 70-80 kgs. This is just not acceptable after spending close to a lakh.

Lot of cheap quality materials used in the cot and moreover the warranty coverage is very bad they are providing only 1 year for the motors and electronic items and 2 year for the metal parts and 5 year for the frame,so actual warranty is only 1 year . And the delivery time in amazon is very bad they took almost 1 week to deliver the product and that too after lot of struggle.

What an innovative product at this price. Worth every penny. Works perfectly as promised. High build quality. Reclining feature works perfectly, zero gravity position is truly relaxing. Massage is also not bad. It vibrates in 3 speeds and 3 different modes. Overall, loving the product. Go Sleepcompany, make more of such innovative products.
