Using a small bedroom for an office, I needed shelves over the desk that would go around a corner for the books I need ready access to. These shelves fit that need perfectly. Though the brackets anchor holes do not have 16 inch centers so dry wall mounting insert are necessary, the shelves were easy to install. I had to put a small bracket joining the two at where they meet at the corner, to keep one from sagging lower than the other. Very minor addition and fortunately I had the two hole, 3 inch flat metal bracket on hand. Very happy with the install and would recommend.

These floating shelves look great in our newly remodeled guest bathroom. They are nice to look at and will hold light weight. I’ve found them to be not very sturdy. They are installed as directed but if I had it to do over, I’d purchase shelves that are sturdy enough to hold a little more weight!

These shelves look great once installed. Good instructions and they provide a small level to ensure good installation. The reason for 3 stars is due to the hardware provided. They give you screws and wall anchors. They are cheap and did not hold well at all. After one shelf was installed the shelf sagged and was not level. All due to the screws not holding well (and one was in a stud). Fortunately my husband had other screws and wall anchors that held so much better. Fortunately the price paid the screws and wall anchors should be of better quality.

Directions aren’t very clear. At first, I wasn’t sure if I should use the drywall anchors only at certain marks, or at every mark on the plate. Fir shelf 1, I tried using just two of the drywall anchors and a two screws with the yellow anchors. This was fewer screws than the directions seemed to call for. That shelf is now staying up perfectly. In an effort to make things more secure and follow directions better, I used the drywall anchors at every mark for the next 2 shelves, instead of skipping marks like I did previously or using the incorrect anchors. With that done, both back plates will NOT screw tight to the wall. When the shelf is pushed in, it leans forward- setting anything on it makes the backplate start to pry off the wall. Makes no sense when I followed directions even better for the second and third shelf and technically messed up on the first one. I hate this. I have ruined my wall with 12 unusable holes now. Wish I could return or get a refund. I’m not a novice either, I’ve installed 20+ in my life and never had an issue like this.

These shelves look great. Installation was a little tricky trying to get them level, but they are sturdy.

Update: the company has reached out and offered me a full refund without having to return the product. I did not contact them asking for a return, they offered it to me without prompt. I will leave my previous review up, but am updating my review to reflect stellar customer service. Bought this to hold a humidifier and space heater. It tilts forward with even a couple pounds on it. I used every screw hole. The metal brace is fine but the shelf itself leans forward.
