I am a health coach and I sell products for a well-known supplement line, but their dose of DAO is kind of small and I read that you can take up to 5 million IU per day. When I am coaching my perimenopause patients they often have difficulty metabolizing histamine because of their high estrogen and they get misdiagnosed with IBS. So if you’re a woman in your late 30s or early 40s and all of a sudden you have a bunch of food sensitivities or intolerances, I definitely recommend trying this product. It’s done wonders for my patients and I actually started taking it myself. I can tell when I don’t take it.

I love these DAO enzymes they have given me my life back!!! I can eat without stressing or having a histamine flare!! I’m truly grateful!!

I have MCAS and Histamine intolerance. I take these prior to eating and can tell that they work. It’s not a oh you took it your fine but once you have them and you forget you’ll understand that you need this. I cannot take the natural DAO from beef but this is great. They have no taste, they are expensive but I have tried others and they didn’t work.

Excelente producto para personas con histaminosis alimentaria. Me pasó que lo usé dos veces por día, pero elevó mis niveles de ácido fólico mucho más de los niveles normales. Recomiendo sólo usar una vez al día y medir los niveles de folato con frecuencia.

I took it for two days and on both days made me real sick. My blood pressure dropped, made me nauseous, dizzy, headache, very sleepy, and extremely thirsty. I do not recommend.
