I ordered 1000 thread count, but received 800 thread count. How do I swap it out for the right set of sheets?

Tell Amazon or the Seller that you received the wrong item and you’ll be able to send back and in stock receive the right 1000 count sheets.

Are these single- or double-ply sheets? I am looking for thick cotton sheets.

These are thick sheets, almost 8 pounds in weight for a set.

Says standard queen but in description it says twin. Which is it?
