Really pleased already had one if these pillows but needed replacing. It arrived and I bought it as used but it was just the box that was damaged the pillow was as it should be. Firm pillow with great neck support. As a twirler in my sleep this is great. It keeps your head and neck in a good position so no stiff neck in the morning.Comfortable with an outer cover that you can wash. Good value too.

I love this pillow. It wasn’t a cheap purchase but it’s worth every penny. My previous one lasted over 20 years so if you take the price and divide by 20 it’s not expensive. It provides the correct stability for my neck and I never wake up tired or with my neck out of alignment. I am currently on holiday and I really miss my Tempur pillow. It’s a heavy pillow but I’m definitely taking it in my suitcase next time we go away. I miss it so much as I can’t sleep with these hotel pillows; they just don’t have the structure that my tempur one has

Perfect! This is my second purchase of this pillow. My previous one lasted 10 years and was still useable, it had started to lose its ability to rebound so I bought this new one as a replacement. I originally purchased this pillow because of neck and shoulder pain and I had reached a point where I would prepared to try anything. It may be coincidence but my pain disappeared once I started using the Tempur pillow. The pillow is not cheap but it has certainly paid for itself many times over by saving money I was spending on physiotherapists and chiropractors. I use the Medium Queen size and have no hesitation in recommending this.

This pillow is actually very comfortable and good quality, but I had to return it because the low bit is too low and high bit is too high for my neck. It is just not suitable for me unfortunately.

I purchased one of these end of 2024. I was initially impressed but reserved my ultimate judgement due to it being a premium priced product. I have wasted so much money on so-called cervical supportive pillows over the years since experiencing serious whiplash in a multi-vehicle crash years ago. This pillow started to sag somewhat around 10 months of use. Unfortunately, I have had to discard it as it's useless now. I emailed the company almost a full week ago to give them an opportunity to provide me with a customer service. I have not received any acknowledgement or a reply of any sort and therefore I am expressing my disappointment as a 1 star review on here. The guarantee appears to be worthless. The premium price appears to based on a triumph of brand marketing over product quality and customer service. At the price they charge for this pillow, you can get similar quality and service for a quarter on the price from generic brand competitors.

I was kinking my neck every two weeks, which was really painful and stopped a lot movement. I think my previous memory foam pillow which was a very full one, without shape, may have been part of the reasons. Since switching to this shaped memory foam pillow, my neck injuries almost went away. I still get them occasionally. The shape works great for me, I have it with the larger bump behind my neck (and I’m not very big with a medium sized pillow). Lovely firmness to it. At around £100 it took me a moment to buy it but it was really well spent in the end!

I have had this pillow for four days and have been sleeping on it for four nights, so I haven’t had it for long. What I noticed about this pillow is its heaviness. It is unusually heavy, so moving it around with one hand can be tricky. Some of you may agree with me or disagree with me on this part, lol. The pillow comes encased in its own pillowcase, but I also put it into one of my own pillowcases. I did not smell any unusual smells coming from the pillow on the first day that I unboxed it. By the way, the pillow comes in its own box, but Amazon also feels the need to package it with their own humongous box. If you’re not worried about neighbours seeing what you purchased, I’d choose the option at checkout to have the pillow delivered in its own box, if the option is available to you. Much more easier to dispose of said box later on. In terms of comfort, it is amazing. I recently visited my mother and slept on her couch and so I ended up with a stiff neck and plenty of discomfort when turning my head for weeks afterwards. That is what initially gave me the push to purchase this pillow. I am both a side sleeper and back sleeper and whichever way I turn, I hardly feel any discomfort with my neck. I have found that I can fall asleep quite easily with this pillow.

I bought the XL as I had an L and I found it not supportive enough. I love this pillow and have used it for many many years. It arrived today in a badly sealed cardboard box where inside the pillow was in its own box (like in the picture) but not sealed. In addition it was not in a cellophane, which is rather bizarre, as all YouTube unboxing videos show it boxed in it. This makes me think that I was sent a return and I am not happy about this considering it is a personal item, hence my 3 stars
