What is the warranty on these blades?

I do not think there is a specified warranty. Will this fit a 2017 nissan altima sr?

I really don't know. What I did was register my car model and year with Amazon Garage, and whatever you decide to buy for your car a window pops up to tell you if it's comptible or not. I found it to be very helpful to me for wipers, mats and parts.

Will this fit vehicles with the large size j-hook? Is there an adapter?

It did for me. But I recommend checking for the correct item number on the Bosch website to be sure it is the correct one for your specific vehicle.
