Cute and cheap, not sturdy
My daughter absolutely loved this and enjoyed the hair accessories and the backpack. However, the plastic part of the bag that the straps attached to tore the day after she got it. Luckily I'm creative and used some fabric scraps to glue over the holes and reattach the straps, but it's very poorly made. The hair accessories are standard cheap accessories. It's very small like other reviews say, but I knew that when I ordered it. So, mostly what I expected, but didn't expect the backpack to break so easily. Edited to add: the company contacted me and was very polite and ended up giving me a refund. They also said they have been working on a new design and are going to be reinforcing it in the area where the straps tore. So hopefully future customers won't have the same issue.
