The soothing heat feature was the main reason I purchased this, and it adds a nice level of relaxation during use. I use it daily to help with lower back issues, and it has been very helpful. It’s also lightweight and easy to move between different chairs or even into the car, which makes it very convenient to use throughout the day.

This is used by my husband. He loves it. The back massager and heat help his lower back. It fits his Lazy Boy recliner very well. Five Star.

This is great for shoulders, lower back and hip issues. Heat is powerful and massage feels wonderful.

It’s okay, good enough. Worked immediately when plugged into home and moved to car where it will stay. Much more padded than my last seat, which is why l think the Vibration is okay, (NOT MASSAGE but l knew that) seems is not as intense as my last seat. Not noisy but neither was my last one. I used with heat cranked up, which activates an automatic turn off at 30 minutes, but was comfortably warm. I liked the cover on this one, seems long-lasting.

I have a previous model of massage chair from this same company that has lasted over 2 years and still working great! I have been wanting another one for my living room sofa so I can just leave them in place, and decided to buy the upgraded version! I love this massage chair so much -- it's lightweight, easy to set up, can be strapped to a chair or just flopped in place (you could also lay it flat and lay on it on your bed!) and I just found out from another review that you can get a car adapter and use it in your car!!! 🤯🙌💕✨ Ever wanted a heated seat in your car but can't afford the fancy cars? Now you don't have to! I'm so tickled I already have the plug adapter in my cart! I love that this insert has so many settings (Kneading is my favorite, it's like an intense version of Pulsate) and I also love the timer function so it doesn't automatically give out after 30 minutes if I want a longer massage session -- you can set it for 30, 60, or 90 minutes! This insert isn't huge but it does cover all the areas I want when sitting -- it's also very comfortable as long as you use it on seating that is already comfortable to you (if I put it on a hard chair, it might not have enough padding, but that's an easy fix by just using chairs that are already comfortable for you!) The heat is powerful and I always feel super relaxed after using it. I have had this new model about a week and have used it every day since I got it! I love the Snailax. It is the most effective massager/heat massager there is and it has more option choices. This is not my first one and they have a favorable life

This product only worked for a month. It quit vibrating and heating. The information that came with it says it has a year warranty. I would not recommend it.

My back and hips hurt so bad and a heating pad is all that really help except for pills. But my heating pad was flat worked for my back but hard to maneuver for my hips so it was one or the other. I found this one and thought I’d try it. I love it I can sit and heat my back and hips at the same time. I wouldn’t trade it for any flat heating pad because this does both even when I have trouble sleeping I have it in my recliner so I go in there fire it up stretch out and can get some relief and sleep. I highly recommend I’m so happy I ran across this one.

Thie vibration has no impact.. you don't even feel it when it is on. I tried to return it but please note that it is not a amazon return. You have to post it yourself. The scam is that the return address does not exist. The package was returned. Amazon does not help here..

Esta bien. con respecto al calor que genera, pero esperaba que tuviera más fuerza en la vibración, lo voy a devolver y lo cambiaré por otro modelo que tenga otras funciones. Sin embargo en cuanto a calidad precio es razonable.
