Balsamic Pearls with Balsamic Vinegar and Truffle

This was such a delicious treat to our mozzarella and cheese garnished with the pearls balsamic bar. Great taste love the pearls as they pop in your mouth is absolutely delicious.

These are so good! They totally elevated rotisserie chicken to a gourmet experience. The flavor is perfect.

Do not buy this product. All the jars that I ordered came as liquid. Maybe 4 small pearls and all the rest had burst. It was so disappointing. Trying to return them has been impossible. So sad. They sounded so fun and yummy. Guess we will never know.

If you love balsamic vinegar, you will love these pearls. When I saw these, I had to try them. These pearls are such a fun presentation of balsamic. They have a great balsamic ‘burst’ of flavor, but they don’t crunch but melt in your mouth. They allow you to put a more directed distribution of balsamic on your foods with a visual appeal. The only thing I didn’t like was a lack of safety seal. When I opened it, I think I heard the top pop? I just sprinkled a few on some bruschetta and the pop of flavor was fabulous.

Great for salads or mozzarella or burratta salad

I would say this is just OK. Interesting to try, good flavor with it feels like a hint truffle oil, but the texture doesn’t impress me. It doesn’t pop like I’m used to with caviar, it’s a little more mushy, even after being refrigerated for quite some time.

I have purchased these several times already. My family LOVES these pearls.
