These are easy to swallow and have no nasty smell like other Omega 3 I have tried. The nutritional data for them is excellent too.

Carrageenan in the Capsule Shell.
I have happily been using this product for ages but, I have found out that the soft gel composition negates the anti-inflammatory properties of the product. Why on earth do they use Carrageenan in the Capsule Shell. Shall not buy again until they change this. Anyone want to buy a nearly new pot of this stuff, going cheap!

Heavy lifting all round brilliant supplement
Best vegan omega 3 vitamins. I have a cavernoma in my brain that causes me huge issues, adhd and I’m in perimenopause. I have tried everything. These vitamins helped my headaches, brain fog and body aches. It took a few weeks but when I ran out I really noticed the difference. I brought a different brand and had none of the same benefits these gave. I had no idea these could splice so many of my issues.
