I purchased the Frontech monitor being the #1 bestseller and budget price. I received the monitor 9 March. Packing neat and clean from the manufacturer. I unboxed, connected to my laptop with the inbox HDMI cable Turned ON monitor displayed No Signal. Re tried disconnecting and reconnecting the HDMI cable a couple of times display came on. And within couple of minutes screen is blank. Tried connecting to another laptop but in vain. Monitor turns ON and then displays message No Signal. Amazon has buried the path for contacting them. The option to "replace item" does not proceed. After loading 3 image's it asks for more and if 4 image is uploaded it gives error only 3 image's allowed which is also mentioned in their guidelines. But does not accept the continue option. Trying since 9th March, called Frontech helpline - IVR message the line is busy call after some time , now long time no response. Hence sharing the helplessness here. This is a first learning lesson Amazon taught me after many years. Next I will think 10 times before ordering. Amazon customer contact pls call me if you can for replacement or repair. Thank you. 12Mar Update: i had written email to Frontech service, received a prompt response with service centre website link. I contacted the service centre to check. The service centre person was customer friendly. Ask me to visit the service centre with the poduct and my laptop. He quickly identified the issue. It was about activating the second display via the function button and not through the windows settings. Unity Infotech is the service centre name and worth mentioning their customer friendliness. Thank you. Hence I change the rating to 5* . At Rs 2599 the monitor is very good buy. display color are beautiful. Worth the price

3rd class product. madi in china. chale tho chand tak nahi tho raath thak. bought 22' monitor on amazon. with in 4 days it's left side blackened and from inside leds started blining. called amazon for help. they lifted their hands and gave a no. of frontech. after continuously trying, could connect with frontech customer care. he gave local representative's no. i called him. he said i repair only speakers and gave another no. for monitors. after continuous effort could connect with him. he told my office is closed now on friday and i have holiday on Saturdays and sunday. he will call me on monday if he remember the issue. he was just trying to avoid me. now tell me what to be done? brand new monitor got defective in 4 days and nobody is taking responsibility. think twice buying frontech products. also think twice buying on amazon platform. 😡🤬

It's actually pretty good for this price range.. colour and brightness also good

However, after purchasing the 22-inch Frontech monitor, I am pleased to say that it has exceeded my expectations. The monitor performs smoothly and is well-suited for its price point. The display delivers vibrant colors and good brightness levels. I would recommend it for both office and home use, provided the buyer’s requirements align with its specifications. I primarily use it as a work monitor when I am in my hometown, and at other times as a display for CCTV monitoring, and it serves both purposes effectively. While a few users have reported receiving damaged units, this appears to be related to transportation issues. In my case, the product was delivered in good condition, and the packaging was sturdy and secure. Overall, this is one of the best monitors available in the ₹3,500 price range.

Very cheap quality or poor quality cabinet or body , almost all lock brocked during installation. Shouldn't lure customer by this type of cheap quality product.

I bought this item with a commitment of a 10 day replacement policy. When I unboxed and connected it, it would not power in. Trying to get a replacement is a nightmare. Amazon sends you to the manufacturer and the manufacturer has posted some videos, none of which deal with this issue and at the end of it there is no replacement

Value for money, don't expected at this price i get this great product

With monitor prices coming down, I decided to add another display to my setup. I already own a 14" Frontech monitor that my son uses as a third monitor for his PC, so this 20" Frontech is my second purchase from the brand. Right out of the box, the display quality impressed me. The colour brilliance and sharpness are excellent for a monitor in this price range. Text looks crisp, images are vibrant, and videos are pleasant to watch. The photograph I took honestly doesn’t do the screen justice — it looks noticeably better in real life. Installation was straightforward and hassle-free. The monitor was up and running within minutes, with no complications during setup. It was immediately detected by the system and required minimal adjustment. In terms of build and weight, the monitor feels solid and well-constructed. It is a little on the heavier side, which is understandable given its size and dimensions, but this also adds to the feeling of durability rather than being a drawback. Ease of use is a pain as the controls are at the back of the monitor (bottom right) and it's a sheer pain trying to figure out which button corresponds to which function. One less star for convenience. Considering the price, this monitor offers excellent value for money. The display quality and overall performance exceed expectations for its cost, making it a very sensible purchase for budget-conscious buyers. As for usage, it works well for everyday tasks such as browsing, office work, watching videos, and even casual photo viewing. It’s a great option for both home and general PC use. Overall, this 20" Frontech monitor delivers strong performance, good build quality, and impressive visuals at an affordable price, making it a purchase I’m quite satisfied with.
