Before buying any supplement, it’s important to understand what your body actually needs and whether the product uses effective forms of the nutrients. Unfortunately, this product falls short in that regard. ❌ Main Issues with This Product 🔹 Magnesium source is Magnesium Oxide Magnesium oxide is one of the least absorbable forms of magnesium. Studies show that only about 5–15% of the magnesium from magnesium oxide is absorbed by the body. This means most of what you pay for doesn’t actually benefit you. 🔹 Zinc source is Zinc Oxide Zinc oxide also has poor bioavailability compared to better forms like zinc citrate, zinc picolinate, or zinc bisglycinate. Less absorption = less benefit for immunity, metabolism, testosterone support, etc. 🔹 On paper it might look fine, but because of the poor quality of the mineral forms, the product doesn’t deliver real results. Why This Matters Supplements should use highly absorbable forms of nutrients.
