Does the job nicely
Been using it for about six months to hold a 9-inch tablet while cycling indoors on a smart trainer. No complaints regarding quality or ease of assembly. It is very sturdy and offers a large range of heights and angles - easy to adjust. I thought it was slightly overpriced when I bought it but see it now as good value for money. Can't comment on portability.

Effective holder but the ball joint is going to be the weak point
It's a standard tablet holder with a two location claw attachment. One of the problems with this design is that the ball joint which allows the tablet to be positioned at the right angle is not terribly strong and the weight of a bigger tablet will eventually make it move regardless of how tight the screw is made. It fits a large Kindle Scribe in a case (just) by stretching out the claws and makes a pretty firm contact on the tablet. Material and manufacture of the metal stand is pretty good and fairly light to carry around .

Screw thread broke in less than two months. The return window only one month. Pity cannot returnโฆ
Thought it was ok and sturdy, especially with the screw segments joining the telescopic stem (see right photo). The top thread holding the screw is broken (see left photo). Now every time I mount the iPad on it is a gamble with gravityโฆ Hope itโs a one-off. Else materials defect might affect other usersโฆ

Pretty sturdy and balanced
Love this product, I use it to keep me iPad easy to reach to take payment from my clients, itโs nice and sturdy can move it where ever I need it, can adjust the height of it pretty easy and if I need to put it away itโs folds pretty small so it wonโt take up much space.
