Easy ground installation, folds smoothly lightweight but sturdy, great item value for money

Good item, unfortunatrly it turned up without a garden stake. It is tall and sturdy

Very easy to put up and take down. Lines are taut not saggy. Perfect size for a couples or small family laundry requirements. We haven’t had windy conditions since buying it but I’m sure it’ll be fine. Haven’t used the plastic ground ‘spike ‘ provided as had my own. So cant comment on that. Im very happy with it.

It's survived the gale force winds we get up here so the quality is OK Apart from that it's a rotary washing line: it goes up, it goes down and you can dry clothes on it.

Hard to imagine another product being better really. It is as big as I want, as sturdy as I want, and my clothes dry as I want. Recommended

This rotary airer is good value for money. But very disappointed it didn't come with a ground spike as the description of this product details. So now having to purchase one to fit the line securely into the ground. Information is not correct. It just came with a black plastic socket, no spike at all.

Fine for the price and delivery time! Heatwave = washing. On Monday the washing snapped. Needed something 30mm to fit into the existing pole which is cemented into the ground and the pole has rusted it together making it impossible to remove. This is slightly big at 32mm but is doing the job. Not many list in my gave pole diameter. Delivered fast, different way of closing and preferring this to the old line. Hope it lasts, the old one was 10 years old and came with the house so I can’t really complain. For £25 I would buy again!

I bought this washing line 5 years ago. Last weekend in the high winds it snapped at the base as it had started to rust. I do leave it out all year. I was about to buy a different make when I realised it had a 10 year warranty unlike 2 years for most companies. I emailed Addis asking how I could claim. Within 10 minutes they asked for photos of the broken end and a copy of the invoice. As it was from Amazon I could photo the computer screen. Again, within a few minutes they asked for my address and said they would send a replacement. Great customer service. Following is was my scathing previous review but it did last 5 years and it definitely coped with multiple and heavy loads - Not great quality but cheap. Surprised Addis put their name to this low quality. OK for one wash load but wouldn't trust it for a couple of heavy loads. Not sure it has been strung properly as the line is in a spiral with 2 lines going into one on the last hole. My previous rotary airer was threaded so each circuit returned to the same hole and was then threaded down the shaft to begin a new circuit. If I'd have seen it in a shop I wouldn't have bought it but not worth the hassle of sending it back.

Für den Preis eine echt tolle Wäschespinne. Preis-Leistung passen hier auf jeden Fall. Hab für den günstigen Preis nicht viel erwartet, wurde jedoch überrascht. Dass für den schmalen Taler jetzt keine Marken-Spinne geliefert wird ist klar, sie trotzt jetzt bisher allen Witterungen seit ca. 4 Monaten und ihr ist nichts anzusehen. Funktioniert super.

Very disappointed with this product. The height adjustment mechanism gets stuck and will not extend fully, making the highest seven height settings completely unusable. Because it cannot be raised to the correct height, the lines remain slack and cannot be properly tensioned, defeating the entire purpose of the product. I specifically bought this item because I needed it, so it was extremely frustrating to discover that it was faulty straight out of the box. Instead of having a working product, I've had to spend additional time disassembling it, repackaging it, arranging a return, and waiting for a refund. This has caused unnecessary inconvenience and extra work. Quality control should have identified this fault before the item was shipped. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this product based on my experience.
