Comfortable and good lift

Inserts

Didn’t like them.

A big disappointment
These insoles do not fit a woman's shoe and do not adhere at all. I couldn't even walk in them without my heel coming out of my shoes. I tried to cut them down to fit my shoes thereby making them unreturnable but nothing worked. Threw them in the trash.
