IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR UK CUSTOMERS.For the people complaining that the hose leaks at the end connectors, you’ve bought a product designed for the American market which uses GHT thread, this is obviously going to leak if you try to fit it to a tap or sprayer designed for the UK market. They’re both 3/4” thread but the pitch and coarseness is entirely different. You’ll need to also buy some GHT to BSP/NPT adapters!They’re a great hose so long as you aren’t expecting two entirely different thread standards to mate correctly. Make sure you buy the adapters at the same time as your hose to avoid disappointment.

One of the best hose I've ever used.I have a professional exterior cleaning company and i have very picky needs and one of them is the high quality hose which doesn't burst, king or give any headaches. I went through at least 4-5 brands and types of hoses and always found them too stiff, not resistant to kinks, burst, or simply are poor quality.This one? Absolutely best and brilliant hose. Perfect balance between all best features that hose should have.Only big thing you should know is that you need specific type of connection and being in the UK it is not standard which is followed by hard to find.

The item was kinked to death already, you literally can’t roll this hose without it kinking and folding in several places, not remotely rigid, just collapses on itself. Fine when filled with water so far

This hose is the ideal material non knot and bend issues ... the colour is great bright and easy to spot... However, what I do NEED to know urgently is what CONNECTIONS I need for these two ends... I have to connect to an ordinary outside tap and to Hozelock sprinklers and sprays.. What metal connectors can I order to be able to best UTILISE this product please as I am floundering here... Apart from this technical glich I am very happy with the hose but until I can select connectors I am rather at a lossMy thanks in anticipation ....

This hosepipe does not work with UK connectors. It’s a proper chew on to find connectors that work with it. All the garden centres I visited did not have a connection that worked because the connections are for US users. The hosepipe itself is very durable. I ended up having to cut both the connectors at both ends and changing the system to a UK connector system. Not ideal when you’ve just bought a brand new hosepipe.

La manguera en si tiene buena pinta y parece de calidad, con buenos materiales, etc. Pero no he conseguido utilizarla. He probado con 3 conectores rápidos distintos y ninguno enrosca bien, así que la manguera pierde. Es decir, que algo que debería ser universal no funciona y te obligan a comprar sus propios conectores, que cuestan entre 5 y 10 veces más. No creo que merezca la pena atarse a una marca que tiene este tipo de prácticas, así que devolución y a buscar una normal y corriente.

Correspond à la description et semble robuste: à voir avec le temps. Le pas de vis est peut-être un peu difficile pour tomber correctement avec le robinet: j’ai connu des systèmes plus aisé à viser.

This lead-in hose is well made and extremely flexible, making it easy to connect to a faucet or hose reel without kinking. It's lightweight but still feels durable, and the fittings provide a secure, leak-free connection. I also like that it's drinking water safe, which adds extra peace of mind. Great quality, reliable performance, and definitely worth the purchase.

I use this hose for general purpose stuff around my house. I became aware of Legacy / Flexzilla products when I was recommended to buy one of their air hoses for roofing. After being impressed with the performance of that hose and being frustrated with my kinky, non-coil-able current hose I decided to upgrade to this. Like the air hose the water hose performed the same. Its light, its strong, its easy to coil. Yeah, it will kink of course if there are loops in the hose. If it does kink, however, it will not be a permanent crease in the material and it won't have a "memory" of that kink occurring. When hose (and rope) products are made they are coiled at the factory and stored that way for a while. Because of this the side of the hose around the outer edges becomes slightly stretched (its a larger radius on the outside than the inside / more distance to cover). This means that when you recoil this kind of product (not exclusive to Legacy) you need to coil to that natural state and it will be obvious when you begin to coil as it will naturally want to go a certain way. Work with it, not against it. You need to turn the hose (or rope, or whatever) as you are coiling it as well. Practice, you'll figure it out as the hose will guide you on how it wants to lay. I went into depth on that because I think that might be a cause for some of the negative reviews but its really a user problem and not the hose. I've only used it for a few weeks but I'm pleased with its flexibility, durability and just general overall impression. Zero regrets - it was worth every penny. My neighbor has commented on it as well.

Ive owned 5 of these in the past few years. I use the hoses nightly besides in the winter where I store them in my garage. I never leave the water on with a nozzle on EVER. BUT I have had a couple house bubble and split open. I use the crap out of these hoses so ware and tare is a thing. The manufacturer stands by their warranty and has sent me two replacements. These house are the best ive ever own. Its is VERY hard to get a kink in them and they last a long time. Theyre also lighter than most hoses. I will never get another brand. Great customer service.
