Do not recommend at all, it’s horrible and very low in cals
It’s not going to help anyone gain weight with 100 extra kcals per day. I thought it was going to be at least 1k+ for a “weight” or “mass” gainer. But it’s literally 140kcal per scoop 😂 Even a rat needs to eat more to gain weight.

Kindly stop it to drink asap. I am an arithritis patient now. After consuming this only after few month I get this health issues. It's very dangerous. Without consulting doctor we should not consume any energy powders
