It’s very reliable does 12v & 24v vehicles only need to give it a trickle charge now and again.Is a bit heavy supposing that is the Battery issue

Replacement of faulty goods! Mission impossible
Product worked once and didn't take a charge. I have been back and forth with the seller for several weeks now without and success looking for a replacement pack or mine to be repaired. I even stated I would rather jump pack replacement not a refund. Months have now past this seller is an absolute joke should be banned from amazon

150% One of the best booster pack.
As a vehicle recovery agent, I've bought a couple of booster pack recently and they all let me down making me look unprofessional. After a long research I bought the SIP rescue pack. It has never let me down once. It can start a car even if the car has no battery and its CCA is brilliant. Only down side is it has no product number on the actual pack and no warranty documents which made me worried at first but after calling SIP and they confirmed my receipt/invoice is my warranty, I made the vendor email one to me so it's never missing. But, who needs a warranty when you've got a SUPERB BOOSTER PACK.

Came in new box supposed to have small dent ie photo says. Came badly damaged I know I payed less for it but didn’t expect it that bad looked like it been dropped and dragged But saying that it does charge 12/24 volts all work have started a lorry with it Just need super glue 😂
