Took a chance and love it. Nice colors, kept my drink cold all day, and didn't leak at all. Great that it came with 2 straws as well. Haven't tried putting it in the dishwasher yet - I might handwash for a while - but it says it's dishwasher safe. Overall it's a great bargain.

This is a very good mug, tumbler whatever! It really keeps things cold. I am an ice tea drinker and the fact that this holds 40oz is a big win for me. I had to have a handle on my mug and this is a sturdy one. The only gripe I have is that you need to be careful and not over tighten the lid...or it will take forever to get the lid off. WOW! Not only is this cup "cute" (my granddaughter says it's mermaid colors, pink/green), but also extremely durable. It holds 40 oz exactly - and maintains temperature for HOURS. I don't know exactly how many, because I have to let my drinks sit for more than about six hours - but for both hot and cold, it lasts at least six hours! Easy to clean - no odors, fits in the cup holders in my vehicle, my husband's, and my sons'. It came with a cleaning brush, and two straws (one plastic, and one stainless steel with silicone tips. I think maybe I'll buy more for Christmas presents! Oh, and it's NOT a twist on lid - I hate those, I can never get it on with the straw on the correct side!

We bought the 40z cup in pink and blue for my mom. She’s a driver and her job usually requires her to be on the go all day in vehicles without air conditioning. This cup has worked great so far for her. First of all, she loves the color. We got it in pink, but we made the mistake of dishwashing it, so it’s lost a little bit of it’s color, but still is pretty vibrant, nonetheless. I’d definitely recommend gently hand washing. It’s a perfect size. It fits sung in not only her car cup holder, but in the cupholder on her bus. Best of all, the insulation works great. It keeps her water cold for the entirety of a 6-8 hour work day, even when it’s warm. It hasn’t leaked or spilled so far. She also loves that it comes with a straw, which is perfect for water, and a spout, which is perfect for iced coffee and tea. The only minor downside is the weight of the cup, which is to be expected, given that it’s 40 oz. and made of stainless steal. However, the handle on the side helps a great deal with this problem. The lid can also be pretty difficult to twist off sometimes, if you tighten it too much. We’ve learned how to easily get it to come off though, by running the lid under warm water. Overall, the cup is a great value and is quite effective for its affordable price point.

Nice looking sturdy tumbler. Like the colors and that it has a handle. I only don't like that it doesn't have a small hole for the straw. Instead of that, it has a piece that you can slide open in the lid to drink out and also to put the straw in. It can leak out of it when it falls over and your drink doesn't stay really cold for a long time. It comes with 2 different kinds of straws and a brush for cleaning the straws.

I own many mugs, but this is my new go-to one. For one thing, I have a difficult time drinking my 8 Oz. of fluids each day, but it’s very easy to keep track of them by drinking two mugs full per day. I find it much easier to pace myself as I sip on my liquids throughout the day. I find it keeps things both hot or cold well. It’s easy to carry around and fits nicely in the cup holder of my car. The lid seals the liquid in well. Customer service is top notch. Quick reply and resolution to a little problem I had. So happy with my choice!

Nice looking and sturdy. It does not keep ice for 8 hours, barely an hour and it's not in a warm area. I didn't want to spend the money for a Stanley and this is not comparable. For the price, it's sturdy and has nice accessories. Does keep the water cool. Maybe if I filled it to the top with ice. but I don't like my water that cold. Haven't tried anything warm in it.

This is my third one! I love these cups! Only issue I've had is with the lids. First two, lids were broken when the cups were knocked over. Also, the lids will stick and no one i know can get them off for days when they do. Don't tighten the lid as hard as you can. You'll never use it again!
