Nature's Bounty Potassium Gluconate 300 Caplets (3 X 100 Count Bottles)

My left eye has been twitching constantly for months and I've had leg and foot cramps Tried a banana every day but for some reason these pills worked better. Yes I know an eye twitch is not all that visible to others. But it disturbed me a lot. I've been looking at dietary potassium and I will work on it. Maybe my eye quit twitching because I took this along with magnesium. I don't know. Anyway, I bought more. I'll figure it out slowly as I switch to food sources. But if you need a quick fix for foot cramps or constant eye twitches, this worked for me.

I read another post with the person saying that they are getting leg cramps and the cramps went away after taking this product. I was also getting leg cramps (about every other day). I have had only one minor foot cramp after taking this product for over a 1 and 1/2 weeks...... I will continue to use. :)

Nature's Bounty is available most anywhere in the Western Hemisphere. It is a good product, usually with good ratings from the "experts" as well as users. Outside the US, it is more expensive, so availability on Amazon is a real plus.

I need to take potassium daily for leg cramps, and these work great. I take one each night before bed and no cramps! A three-pack is convenient and the price is great. This is a good brand, and I've been taking these for several years.
