There probably isn't another book printed that goes so deep into Hebrews. Wonderfull, but you will want to read and reread this book.

I believe Andrew Murray was perhaps the greatest prayer warrior who ever lived. I've read some of his other books and enjoyed them, so when I saw this book at a used book store, I immediately bought it. I didn't notice until later that it was published by Kenneth and Gloria Copeland, whom I abhor. I thought, "Oh, well. I still like Andrew Murray, so how bad can it be?" Then I read the introduction, and they admitted they had removed parts of it. Their rationale? "In Murray's day, they still believed God allows bad things to happen to people" (those weren't the exact words, but it was something along those lines). In other words, they took out the parts that conflicted with their "prosperity" heresy!I'm sure the full edition is worth my reading, but anything edited and condensed by the Copelands is sure to be corrupted in some way. Avoid this edition like the proverbial plague.

The best exposition of Hebrews I've ever read. It is not a book to read just once. to be used as a study would be a blessing to any christian wishing to grow in our redeemer.
