This is delicious reduced carb pasta. I have a variety of Keto friendly pastas made from an assortment of various plant based substances. Yuk! I return to the wheat based-high fiber type. Which this one is. They are the only ones that actually taste like and texture wise are like real pasta. This brand checks all the boxes. It's delicious versatile and reasonably priced.

I am a long-term customer of this brand/product. Excellent. The price is fine to have a quality product that taste great. Holds up and does not disintegrate. Highly recommend. I do not do reviews but happy to for this.

This is a nice pasta calorie-wise, though the price makes it a bit of a splurge. Tastes great. I’ve been trying to eat with less processed and unpronounceable ingredients. This has some of those. An alternative I like, which has only one ingredient is the ZenB pasta made with peas. Though, It definitely has a lot more calories than this. More protein too.

I have enjoyed this pasta very much. I did learn that is does require a longer cooking time. I am not a fan of the price but I do love the product

The pastabilites Low Cal ruffle noodles have become a huge staple in my pantry now for lower calorie cooking! Yes they take a few extra minutes to cook vs regular pasta but the texture is so close to the real thing. I use these to make a lower calorie beef stroganoff (replaces the egg noodles) and it is absolutely fantastic. The 6 pack saves you a ton of money per box vs buying individually or a two pack. Also if you want the recipe for the stroganoff, super easy. 1lb lean ground beef 1 box pastabilities low cal pasta 2 cans cream of mushroom (I use campbells) 1/2 cup Fairlife 2% milk Salt/ pepper to taste Boil the noodles per instructions Brown the beef, add salt/pepper to meat mixture. Add your cans of cream of mushroom and milk. Stir to combine. Add your cooked noodles. Stir to combine. Taste for salt and add as needed. Boom! All done! You can also cook into fresh mushrooms with the beef if you choose.
