Nice pack of strings for a beginner learning to play. Don't know how they rate to higher end ones, but for me they are perfect.

My fiddle loves these strings. This instrument is 150 yrs old and I'm a semi-professional Country/Bluegrass fiddler. Can't go wrong with these once broken in. They tend to sound a little bright when you first put them on but give them about a week or so of playing and they warm up nice. Very durable! I haven't found another popular brand that hasn't snapped or dewounded on me. Tone is also amazing, rarely goes out of tune!
