Excellent product. We had pro installed. A bit technical. But worth every penny.

Review update. We had to take down the mount, add plywood so tv could be mounted dead center. This fixed the issue but took a lot of extra time, coat and effort. We are happy with the mount but if you get it you need it to be mounted completely centered. Don’t try to offset the tv on the mount, you won’t be able to get it level. Original review: Great concept terrible quality control. We installed the unit, hung the tv, followed all the steps as outlined in the manual and found that the leveling screws are installed backwards. We have no way to access them and can’t level the tv. This is a very expensive mount to have a major flaw. I do not recommend purchasing and I have no idea how we will fix this issues.

Works great! Highly recommend it. It is a little on the expensive side, but solid construction. I had to place it on a brick wall, but I had to buy my own masonry anchors because the screws provided didn't seem as sturdy. The range of motion and the height adjustment worked out great for my space.

So far love this mount! We had it professionally installed on a screened in porch where our only option was to mount it high. Love the way it works so effortlessly. Bonus is that it rotates.

We used this tv mount for our overly large outdoor tv my husband had to have. The motorized feature was well worth the money making it so easy to move and adjust the tv for viewing from multiple angles. Also, it was pretty easy for us to install...no divorce proceedings were started.

Mantelmount MM815 Really great TV mount. Love the quality and the motorized lowering and swivel. We debated getting a manual one or motorized, but this is so cool and given that it's our main TV, this was definitely the way to go. My only feedback to MantelMount: 1) Add a section in the instructions for people who are installing the electrical outlet at the same time, providing advice on where to position it. Without knowing, I positioned it right at the center of the mount, exactly where they say not to put it, but because it was a recessed outlet it worked out perfectly. 2) After installing, I couldn’t get the remote to make the mount move. I tried everything. I almost called in to report a defective mount, and then realized my silly mistake: I wasn’t inserting the battery correctly in the remote control. It has to go under the metal tab. I would modify the design of the remote such that the battery can’t be inserted incorrectly.

This is an absolute perfect TV mount for the ridiculous high mantles installed everywhere. Mine looks high in the up position but perfect when we watch lowered. Very sturdy and high quality! Make Damn sure you anchor into the studs!!! VERY impressed !!!
