tl;dr: These dumbbells are a great set to get started with, the quick adjustment is very smooth and easy and the offer a decent weight for at home use. The only negative is the weight spread - the jumps in weight are a little odd and could be too much for some people. Overall I think these are great value for money for those just starting out. I'm a complete novice weightlifter having only gotten into it recently (in my late 30's) I bought these for use at home to begin to improve my strength so that I wouldn't completely embarrass myself at the gym. Positives: - These dumbbells are super easy and quick to change, just a simple click of the handle and you're ready to go. It makes doing sets of varying weight a lot quicker and easier. - The save so much space - by combining weights into a single package you save on needing a rack with a bunch of dumbbells - Minimal rattle - Unlike my previous dumbbells which used a screw on nut approach these don't seem to rattle as much, which makes maintaining posture a lot easier. - Metal handles - I like metal handles as I find them easier to grip, though this may be subjective Negatives: - It can be a bit fiddly to locate the dumbbells in the base - this tends to be worse at lower weight, the less plates that are in the base the easier it is. - The weight ranges are a little odd - the weight goes from 2 -> 4.5 -> 7 -> 9.5 -> 12 which is a little unusual, it can make increasing load a lot harder than it otherwise would be.

Easy to work with, and the grip feels nice. Weights can be adjusted to your liking. The mechanics are good overall, just double-check all inserted weights are actually locked in case you insert one while the rest of the weights are in a different state. Recommended. Delivery handled well.

Great value, good quality construction. Easy to change weights. Suggest for ease both weights are aligned so your rotate if using pair the same direction. Minor quibble is the step differences of 4kg is quite big. 2-2.5kg increments would give more options to get the right weight and increase gradually. Some exercises feel like you are too heavy / light but the mod motion would be spot on. Increments 2-6-10-14-18kg

As a forma qualified personal trainer many years ago decided to order these after having to put my gym membership on hold due to severe Cluster headaches, finally after treatment able to start getting back to training thankfully. Did some research on the various options plus having spoken to my Brother who had bought a set of the Bowflex equivalent had massive quality issues with them breaking plus the worst customer service. Only needed a medium set as I plan to go back to serious training within 2 months but lost over 14lbs so just wanted to start basic exercises. Have to say as a ex engineer these are not only very well made but the adjustment is very well designed and just as important feels very solid and doesn’t rattle at all. For the money I think these are a steal compared to others on the market.

First off the fast change of these type of adjustable dumbbells is great. I probably wouldn't have bought them for full price and thought long about it even at reduced price. But they've been an asset for training. Holder seems decently strong. The spin lock/unlock handle works well. The range of weight options is fine. Only issues I've found are that it can be hard to line them back up into the slots when you've removed some. Still a lot faster than a conventional adjustable dumbbell but can need a bit of shuffling in the holder. And the other is that because of the design, where there is a slot missing from the top of the weights (in the holder position), what I've found is in some positions, e.g. lying down with them raised, they want to rotate in the hands so the fuller side is hanging down. Definitely seems to be linked to that design but it's not a massive issue. Enough to drop a star.

These are really good dumbbells. I wondered if the rubber would be soft and perish over time but they have a hard coating which is comfortable and non slip. Well worth the extra. The dumbbells themselves are space saving and easy to use. A great purchase.

I’m really impressed with the EnterSports adjustable dumbbells. They save so much space compared to having multiple sets, and changing the weight is quick and easy. I live in a small flat and wanted a space saving barbell set. These are perfect. They fit between 2 chairs and there is no messing about changing weight. The caddy is plastic but quite strong and the weights are metal with a comfortable plastic grip. It is so easy to change weight for doing different exercises. There is a handy workout chart which highlights the muscle groups each exercise does. I wish I could have 2 sets but this one will do the job. Highly recommend these over the cheaper versions. Additional: I have had these for some time now and they last well. There is a bit of a switch between 4.5 to 7 but i found working longer on the 4 allows you the transition with a bit more effort, but that's the name of the game. Still happy with these.

These have been awesome! Unfortunately I dropped one of my old adjustable dumbbells and it broke so I needed a replacement quickly. I couldn't have picked a better set. I've been using these for about 8 months and they are really great quality, comfortable, easy to adjust and offer a decent range of weight. Would definitely buy again.
