My favourite power bank
I love anker products, and I know that I can always rely on them for reliability and quality. That’s why I decided to get this power bank, as I’ve had enough of my phone always having little to no battery whenever I need to use it the most. And I’ve got to say, this little power bank has exceeded my expectations! First, I’ll start by clearing some of the negative reviews. The “remaining time” on the screen is indicating how long the internal battery of the power bank will take to drain or charge fully, it doesn’t show the amount of time until your device is fully charged. Also, some people are getting caught by the labels on the back reading “5000mah”, but if you look next to it, it says 2 pieces which means 2x 5000mah cells. The reason why Anker haven’t put 10000mah on the back of the battery is because the two cells are in series instead of parallel. With that out of the way, it’s time for my review. I love this power bank. A lot. I don’t regret buying it one bit, and I take it everywhere with me. The 10000mah capacity is also more than enough for me, as I only use it to charge my iPhone 12 Pro or sometimes the Samsung S10+. It does get a little warm whilst charging, but I think that’s natural for a power bank. When I charge the iPhone and the Samsung at the same time, it disables the fast charging and goes down to 5v, but it’s still quite fast. (5v 4.8a shared). However, it does get warm when charging more than one device at a time. It charges my iPhone rapidly, as fast as the anker 65w plug! It gets me from 25% to 70% in around 25 minutes, and the power bank would still have enough to charge my phone 2 more times. On the samsung, it shows Fast charging, and on a more recent samsung (I tested the s21+) it shows super fast charging, so the 30w power is more than enough for me. It couldn’t charge my dell Inspiron however, as it kept charging then stopping, but I don’t think it should be used as a power bank for laptops anyway. Now let’s talk about the size! When I unboxed it, I couldn’t believe how small it actually was. It’s very small and compact, which makes it really easy to slip in your pocket. I still can’t get over how small it is, especially for its battery capacity. However it would be nice to see a lanyard mount, even if it does include a little pouch in the box. Now the charging speeds. In one of the pictures, you can see that the power bank charges at a rate of around 22 watts (using the anker 65w), and it estimates the amount of time until it is fully charged at that current charge rate. This thing charges up super fast, which is really handy for me whenever I need to use it. However, like some reviews say, it does become temperamental with its charging speeds, which is at a rate of 7 watts @ 9 volts. (with an 18W plug, was getting the same results sometimes with the anker 65w plug). This makes it take over 5-6 hours to charge from 0-100% which could be a turn off for some people. Not really much of a problem for me, but I do find it a tad inconvenient. It also doesn’t have pass-through charging. Overall I really love this thing. Anker have really impressed me with this power bank. 5 stars from me! Edit: Unfortunately whilst trying to charge my phone, the power bank failed after 2 months of use. However, this is my fault on my part as later I discovered that the phone's charging port is shorted. I won't decrease the rating as it has served me good and was very high quality, but it doesn't seem to offer short circuit protection. I have contacted Anker support about this issue and hopefully I can get this issue resolved. Edit 2: I’m happy to say that the customer service from anker was absolutely phenomenal. They helped me resolve my issue and issued me another power bank of the same exact model. The new power bank works just like my old one did, i am super happy with the customer service with anker. 5 stars all the way Edit 3: I actually found out that this little power bank was able to charge my ASUS tuf dash f16 laptop at around 30-31 watts. It is quite a tough little guy! However, judging by the display, it’ll last for around an hour, which definitely won’t be enough to fully charge a laptop. I would only use it in case of emergencies, but nice to know that it works. And as for the aforementioned dell inspiron, it charges that too when it is fully shut down at a rate of 33 watts. However it does get quite warm, which is expected.

Great product and easy to use
Great product and easy to use. 2 USB-C ports and one USB-A port So enough ports. Really nice that it has a little display which tells you how much battery is left and also shows how long it will take to charge when you are charging it. I now have three of these for all mu family. Very good fast chargers and a good size, can put it anywhere and isn't too heavy either. Good battery life an 10,000 mAh Doesn't really get hot

The perfect battery pack
Been buying Anker battery packs for many years now and they've never let me down. I've got a collection of them now which is mostly redundant as they all work, but I decided to get this one for two reasons: 1. My current main 10,000mah battery pack has a button that needs to be pressed to start charging devices, which is very easy to mispress or forget to press when leaving it in your pocket. 2. It charges via usb c. So no need to carry a micro usb cable around if you're away from home and need to recharge your battery pack. The little radial battery display is a bonus, as with other battery packs you tend to see a rough percentage of remaining power via 4 led lights. Having the percentage displayed is kinda cool, although not enough of a selling point to warrant replacing an existing battery pack. After taking this on a few holidays now it seems to be the perfect playing-card size for pocketability where you almost forget it's even in your pocket, and the perfect capacity as I can recharge my phone a few times before it is fully decorated. Since buying this I stopped carrying around my heavy 20,000 battery and my too quickly depleted 5,000 batteries. And as previously mentioned the other 10,000 batteries I've tried require micro usb recharging as well as refuse to charge devices without button presses. I've noticed newer models of Anker battery pack are more like cuboids and I'm not a fan as they look far less pocketable. So this might be the last battery pack I buy from Anker for a while.

Good quality
Charges by Galaxy s24 4 times. Has a really useful % digital display for power remaining. Charges itself quickly as long as you use fast charging cables and plugs. Nice little carry case. Fantastic. Very happy with this.

Mostly great, but one big flaw.
First of all the build quality seems very nice, the device feels sturdy and solid. The screen is a really nice touch and gives you an idea of how long the battery will last when charging another device given its current output. When being used to charge another device it charges them quickly and without fuss. The only bad thing is that when re-charging the pack itself it is painfully slow. I can’t see an advertised re-charge rate but it is not high. I am using an Anker 100W charger to supply it which charges my other devices quickly no problem so I don’t know why this one is so slow. If the battery back drops down to less than 10% I’d allow a solid 7-9 hours to allow it to recharge. All in all I still very much enjoy this product and the size is very convenient given its capacity and I can live with the slow recharge times as I don’t need to use the pack daily so, for me, it’s not a big issue but I can understand this being a problem for others who use battery packs daily.

Compact
I'm happy with this powerbank, it's compact, has a cary bag to keep it safe, also there is a space for the cable too, so I'll not loose it at home or at the bottom of the backpack. The cary bag came twice big as the powerbank, so I adjusted it and made it more compact. It works well with my Google Pixel 6 Pro, charge it rapidly. Can charge my phone 1.5 times. When I'm traveling it's easy to charge my phone, small and I can keep it in the pocket, especially when I'm using Google Maps and Camera that drain the phone battery quickly. The digital display shows how much power it remains. The only bad thing is that when re-charging the powerbank itself it is very slow. It requires couple of hours to re-charge. When is in recharge mode you can't charge on the same time your phone, just doesn't work. I recommended it to some of my friends.

Great capacity - best power pack I’ve owned
Really like this power bank. It’s very fast to charge - both ways! I like the screen - which lets you know exactly how much charge there is left in the pack but also how long to charge to full. The capacity is excellent!

Excellent product
Bought for a trip. I get about two and a half charges of my iPhone 13 (battery at 85% capacity now). Usual Anker quality. Great build quality and performance. Btw, there are some dodgy calculations in some reviews here, suggesting it’s not the advertised capacity. This is because the authors don’t understand the charging / conversion process. Anker explains things on its site or do your own research!
