Love these Organic, non-GMO, Vegan, GF bars!
Out of all the flavors, this is my favorite. It doesn't really have a Carmel taste but I like the texture and these bars are a life saver for me when I'm out and about or traveling because finding something vegan and gluten free that actually tastes normal and is a good price is hard to find. They are organic and I like that they use pumpkin seeds and sunflower seeds to increase protein. The fat content is good for me. I also like the cookies and cream, raspberry white chocolate, and their white chocolate peppermint. I wish they would make a coconut one without almonds because I'm allergic to almonds. If you have nut allergies, look at the ingredients because some of nuts and some do not. The mint chocolate is good but too much mint for me. The oatmeal chocolate chip is alright. The banana ones taste pretty good. The blueberry would taste better if they put chocolate over it because can you have too much chocolate? But it also travels better. The chocolate cherry is yummy but it has almond butter in it.

Love these
I love these bars. I haven't compared them to many other brands, but once I tried them I was sold. I suggest trying the variety pack. I wish they had a variety of variety boxes. They have so many flavors, not sure I want to try all of them one at a time...that would be expensive. The box of 12 is the way to go when you find your favorite!

That the chocolate isn’t melted on them
I really love these bars, but every time they come the chocolate on them is melted so they don’t look so great but they still taste good Maybe when the weather cools off they won’t look that way

Great taste but not overly sweet
These are terrific! They are not overly sweet so do not hit candy bar notes. It is crunchy with the pecans and keeps me full. It actually curbs my sweet cravings even though it is only a hint sweet. Good clean ingredients.

Very tasty and healthy
Like all of Aloha's bars, this is one of my favorites, recommend them.

Not worth the cost
I have been trying a variety of type 2 diabetes friendly protein bars and so far the ALOHA bars have been the biggest disappointment. Not only did I not taste real chocolate, caramel or pecan in the bar, it left a chalky aftertaste. It isn't one I would recommend.
