These Bauducco Strawberry Wafer Cookies are dangerously tasty. Like, “I meant to eat one and accidentally inhaled five” tasty. The strawberry flavor is sweet and nostalgic—like childhood, but with better portion control (kind of). But let’s talk about the mess. When you even think about biting into one, these wafers explode into a fine dust of crumbs. It’s like a snack and a confetti cannon had a baby. My couch, desk, and car now have a permanent layer of strawberry-scented cookie shrapnel. The size you remember from when you were a kid. It is dry but not waxy like other brands, and the texture is more natural. Still, totally worth it. Don’t eat them near electronics, pets, or anything you want to keep crumb-free. I now snack with a vacuum nearby.

Good price for a good snack

I was disappointed in the strawberry wafer flavor. I remember buying them before and them having a strong flavor. But this time it was just a hint of strawberry. I had to really concentrate to catch the flavor on my tongue. The wafer itself was still light and crisp. Airy. I just wish I could taste the strawberry.
