Model Ships from Scratch

Very good explanations regardind plans and how are plans read.

Used as a revision exercise after many years not having spare time to model.Met that requirement.

Quite a good read ideal for some one just starting out in the model ship field, not too good if you have had some experience in making model ships for a few years. The information can be a little basic.

Not much in this that isn't covered in more detail in other books. As an illustrator I am not impressed with the drawings by the author and also unimpressed with the photos of his completed models. Always get an illustrator, this could have been so much better. The rest of my book collection will serve so this was unnecessary in my collection. Sold to my local model shop for a loss.
