This is probably 3rd or 4th different maca supplements I’ve tried. These don't really move the needle for me… in fact they make me a little sleepy about 30-45 minutes after eating. Could just be me I suppose. They taste fine and I like the gummy delivery.

the flavor was okay, my gummies arrived very dry. they’re almost flaky they’re so dry. there’s not even any “juice” on the inside like it says. maybe i just received a bad batch or an expired bottle. i should’ve asked for a refund but i didn’t take the time to reach out.
