received the watch with a small delay, but satisfied with the end result. Not really surprised with the quality. Seiko has a history of quality time pieces from way back. I knew from other reviews that I probably would not like the band that comes with the watch so I bought a beige RITCHIE band. Very nice combination. Absolutely compliments the watch with color, size, and fit. After successfully understanding the settings for the day/date the watch is keeping perfect time and displays the correct day and date. I like the mechanical functioning and so far it is keeping accurate time. Great look, good functioning time piece.

100% satisfied customer. Original packaging. Not a defect or tarnish in sight. Lightweight, comfortable, beautiful and stylish, but still feels durable when you constantly are reminded of the thickness of the glass as you turn your wrist to look at the face. Other models with darker dial colours had more glare in reviews, probably, because of the very convex shape but when you feel this silent sturdiness it just gives reliability. I'm always in the field so I want something comfortable, and this is smaller than my previous everyday watch and yeah, I have smaller wrists but it's the kind of watch I could fall asleep with on because it's so comfortable and I wouldn't worry about taking it off because of damaging it or my wrist by sleeping with it. That's how it makes me feel. The colour is great. The glow in the dark is formidable. The brushed steel is perfect for not reflecting extra sunlight. I should've bought this watch years ago

Perfect size for me and runs great, in the last 5 days it has only gained 5 seconds. The movement is great and the hacking feature is a great. What more can you ask for at this price range, water resistant, day and date and just a reliable watch. Love the domed crystal, it gives it that vintage look and feel. Very easy to read and the lume is strong and it lasts a long time especially when your eyes get use to the dark it glows all night for me. I can't comment on the nato strap because I put a dark brown leather band on it immediately when I received it because I prefer leather bands. The nato strap that it comes with looks like a nice reliable strap but I just prefer leather straps so no marks off for the strap, if you like nato straps it looks nice and durable. 5 stars all the way.

I really like my new Seiko watch, though I'm very disappointed that the illuminated hands don't stay bright very long. I bought this watch because my other watch didn't have illuminated hands and was useless at night. Also, the provided "NATO-style" band is horribly bulky and makes a classy watch look tacky. It leaves a big old flap hanging out that needs to be repeatedly re-tucked away, and it also puts several layers of strap between the watch and your wrist. I immediately replaced the band with a simple $25 band from the Watch Steward. It has the same khaki look that matches the watch's quasi-military style. UPDATE: This band, sold on Amazon, is original Seiko and is a good replacement for the band that comes with the watch: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01G45P6SU?ref_=ppx_hzod_title_dt_b_fed_asin_title_0_0. UPDATE: Also, as much as I like this watch, it's not great at telling time! It loses about 90 seconds a day. I've experimented with leaving it on one side or the other overnight, and that may help a bit. In any case, if it's to-the-second accuracy that you need, this probably isn't the watch for you, unless I got a lemon. I still like it, though.

I shopped automatic field watches for quite awhile. Couldn’t find anything better in this price range. Very happy with this watch

Nice watch -for 2 months.. Update: 2 months, watch lost time -a lot past week. Full wind with ear as not NOT over wind main spring...Seiko support to be nice was beyond not acceptable. Thankfully, Amazon accepted the return. A real bummer as I really liked the watch.

Literally I’m writing this review this watch is pretty good and durable with best quality and most things is that this watch keeps accurate time…its game changer in automatic watches

Wow, es un reloj realmente hermoso, las fotos no le hacen justicia. Los terminados ya cuando lo tienes en la mano, de la caratula son bastante finos, los numeros, el logo, las manecillas, calidad 100%, lo recomendaría mil veces, lo unico que pediria es que la corona tuviera la S de Seiko, pero bueno eso no lo quita lo tremendo que esta este reloj. Otro contra seria que la correa no se siente de muy buena calidad, aunque tiene detalles como la marca grabada, es algo lindo y que la tarjeta de garantía no venía sellada. Un apunte muy importante, el reloj que me llego es hecho en Japón, para mi le agrego muchos puntos, es un super Seiko realmente Japonés!!!!

Watch was very good and comes with the warranty card! I was surprised as I have read that most of amazon purchases do not come with the warranty card. Nato strap was good but I would take metal bracelet all day!

open box look like someone returned before shipped to me, the wrist band us complete ridiculous made the design.
