Great exercise equipment. Gives me a good feeling after a workout.

Definitely solid, it was easy to assemble took about 1.5hrs. All the parts were there, (thank you), shipping was bubble wrapped. The box said chest press on it so I got nervous at first, as it is a chest fly machine. The picture on the box was a chest fly machine,(whew!). When using it, it feels good, I get a good stretch and can feel my upper chest burn 🔥. The bearings are smooth allowing the arms to move naturally and allows automatically to fit your arm span. For the price the back board and seat are fine. The seat adjusts but wish they would have use steal for the ridges it's plastic, that will eventually wear. You can screw the side bolts tighter and it can hold a fixed level but will be a pain if you need to adjust it for rear deltoid fly. The only reason I give it a 4 star is because I had a scratch in the red arms on one piece, and for the adjustable seat using plastic ridges for the metal bolt to catch on.

When I bought this wasn’t sure what to expect but getting it together was decently easy and I was super impressed how high quality this feels for 400 dollars can go wrong with it at all feel’s commercial grade type and range of motion really good this is probably just as good as some commercial gym ones now it not as nice as the aresnal strength one but for the price this way better value for home gym and probably one of the best budge chest flies on the market so many adjustments so if your tall or short you will find great range of motion and can adjust to bias more part of the chest Great machine overall happy with the purchase

Very disappointed. For $430 dollars I would have thought the parts would align up correctly. Spent an hour trying to figure out if I was missing something. Never will be purchasing another item from them. Damn thing is way too bulky to return. I’m not going through all that. Just have to figure out how to manage with the parts.

I was initially hesitant due to the price, but after 6-7 years of searching, I bought the machine for $488.24 Assembling it was easy, and the smoothness and commercial feel impressed me. This machine played a role in my top-five placement at my first pro bodybuilding competition. Thanks to the company for this incredible product; I'll definitely be purchasing more from them. This machine is simply awesome.--

This new design is different than the original GMWD incline chest fly with weight horns attached to the base. The original design has the fly arms located on the middle of bench. This made the machine more of a middle chest exercise. It did not emphasize the upper chest as advertised. This new second design has the fly arms located at the top of the bench which definitely helps to stimulate the upper chest more. However the strength curve seems a bit easier on this model so you may need to use more weight plates. This model would also benefit from a platform to elevate the feet. Build quality is average. But the thickness in the seat and bench pads is thick and comfortable. I don't like the spring tension hook which keeps the seat in place. It makes it difficult to adjust the seat height to different positions. And it is one more part that could go wrong down the road. They should have used a pop pin adjustable seat instead. The build itself is very simple. If you get the right parts, it should not take you more than one hour to assemble. However the allen bolt covers which go under the weight horns on my unit did not fit. So I had to insert the allen bolt with washers directly under the weight pins without the disc covers. Does not seem to affect functionality but it does not look as nice. Also, the weight loading pins comes with two inch rubber stoppers. I strongly advise pulling those off because they restrict the amount of weight you can use on the weight loading pins and you will need all the weight you can get due to the somewhat easier strength curve for this design. All in all I do like the improved design. This is my third incline chest fly machine and it is the best one I've owned. GMWD just needs to make sure all parts fit before shipping out units. Customers should not have to hammer in certain parts to complete assembly.

Very smooth machine. Really target's the upper chest. It definitely isn't commercial quality but perfect for a home gym. Plus it's easy on the shoulders.
