Do these bags have elasticity?

I can only go by the size 14 x 20 that I've ordered twice now, they do have some elasticity, compared to the crinkly type of clear bags I've seen products come in (such as store wrapping tissue paper, the clear bags that literally makes a crinkly sound) I'm guessing that's what you mean. These seem to have the consistency more like sandwich/food storage bags. I've never had one rip when filling with clothing. I love them.

Where is the text oriented in relation to the seal? If the bag is sealed (folded toward the back), is the suffocation warning on the front or back?

Someone else answered that it would be on the back however ours are on the front! To clarify, the writing is on one side of the bag, and the bag seals on the other side. So you either have no print and the sticky seal as the front OR no seal but with the big warning text as the front. This must be a mistake! I will be sending these back.
