I'm really happy with this brush. I found that with my black and white, average hair length cat, this brush picked up loads of hair. The bristles are close together, with tiny plastic tips, and pressing a button to remove the hair works really great. My cat instantly loved it and rubbed the side of her face and neck on it in obvious ecstasy. I also love that this brush is round, and smaller than most of the others. That's part of the reason I chose it. Cat's are smaller than dogs. This brush fits my cat's "curves" way better than a huge rectangle brush would. So I am happy to give this five stars and recommend it. And I'm didn't get it for free to try it out. I researched, and I bought it, and I'm happy with it.

It does exactly as promised in several ways. My dog and cat both love it!! My dog literally brings it to me to brush her. My cat was purring very loudly so your pet most likely will love it. The push button to remove the hair is awesome. It removes it from the brush exactly as promised. I was disappointed in the lack of hair that the brush removed from my pet though. I think it is possible it is just my pet's hair type (they both have short hair) so you may want to pay special attention to that when selecting one of these brushes. It does not remove any of my dogs hair and does a little better on the cat.

I love this brush. My kitty has really long hair and her tail is like a big feather duster and she is always bringing foxtails in the house that are stuck to her tail. This brush gets all of them out. Sis and my to pups like to be brushed with this brush and best of all, it is super easy to clean. Just push the button and the hair comes out in a nice compact disk. Buy this, you won't be sorry. A great product for a reasonable price.

Excellent product

I've tried several brushes for my medium long-haired cat. This one is by far the best, and the least expensive to boot. When she sees it in my hand my cat comes running to get brushed!

Edit July 2026: They switched out the product. If you order this brush, you will not receive the one shown in the listing images or from my original review (the broken one). Yes, the old one broke but that was with regular brushing over the course of a year or more. The new one had bent teeth after 30 seconds of brushing. Will update when it fails completely. It’s the best I’ve found so far, but don’t expect it to last longer than a year with regular (2x a week) brushing. Just ordered my third one since 2024. Each time, the problem was the same. The handle snaps off from the head, and that was with me choking up toward the head of the brush while brushing. Still a great brush. That’s why I keep ordering it. Just don’t expect it to last forever with regular use.

This is the best cat brush I have ever bought. The design is so clever and makes emptying it so easy, the cat doesn't mind me using it either!!

Best purchase this month! I didn't realize how much I needed this brush for my two cats. Their winter coats were coming out all over everything and I was desperate to do something about it. I had old brushes and combs but decided to order this one since it looked good and certainly was a good price. It came boxed so I thought, a good sign of quality! And it is.! I started slowly and gently and didn't stay at it too long. My cats are from feral cats and are a bit independent and shy so most of the time you go by their rules! But this brush was so gentle and removed so much undercoat that in a couple days I had my beautiful cats back!! I didn't realize how much fur was coming out but I do notice a difference in fur in the house and on clothes. My cats love the brush and will rub against it when it's just sitting on the floor ready to use. I anticipated a difficult time getting their old fur off but this brush made it so easy. I love the push button to remove the hair. One hand operation. I have had no problems with it. I wouldn't advise brushing your cat like in the video provided unless you had one that didn't mind it. Perhaps the video was on fast forward! Either way I highly recommend this brush.
