After buying a number of similar but ineffective or uncomfortable pillows to relieve pressure on my husband's bottom, this one finally did the trick. The hole is wide enough to accomodate the entire part of his g.m. area that needs it. It is helping heal an open sore there that was not helped by the others. He says it is comfortable to sit on, too.

So helpful for my back and knees! Easy to inflate(once I got the hang of it). Easy to deflate. Love that i can adjust the firmness to fit whatever surface I'm sitting on. This helps me to keep my hips above my knees which is just what I need. Perfect for traveling!!

Great quality . Plastic is covered, however it causes the bottom to sweat , risking greater damage to the skin. I used a pillowcase around it, but was still very damp. It is comfortable, just don’t fill it up completely with air or its too hard.

This inflatable has done wonders to my 89 yr old aunt. She has a sacral wound and before this cushion i couldn't get pressure off it. I would buy again.

Do not waste your money on this pillow. It is not constructed to last long. Had mine over a month and the inner tube busted completely deflating the pillow. Unfortunately I was just a few days outside my return window so I’m stuck with a useless pillow that doesn’t inflate.

this was purchased for husband, he uses it once in awhile, not sure it's the right item for his issue but he's keeping it.

One of the best I've ever had. Ordered one a few months ago. Well made, from what I can tell. Very easy blow up or air release. I wish I had ordered two because you get a good deal buying it that way. If I can travel back in time I would order two for sure. Added note: My second order of cushion turned out defective, and after some months it would no longer stay inflated. The seller was prompt and quickly responded for replacement. You can be assured they are trustworthy sellers, and take pride in products and servicing customers. Recommend them highly.

This has been a blessing for long flights! I fill slightly with air…no need to fill all the way. Keeps the tail bone comfortable.
