This is an awesome device, I had a bit of trouble setting up, as my default was chrome so I changed it so safari so I could follow the setup sent to me from support. They responded in minutes. The tag log is the place to find the map. You can only scan 3 times an hour which is fine but when testing i scanned too many times so stopped getting email notifications. It is my worst nightmare losing my dog and the chip in his neck doesn’t provide the detail or gps location that this device does. It is an essential piece of kit for any pet owner. If I had kids they would have this as a bracelet. 5 stars all the way for device and the customer service.

Fantastic customer service. I wrote a review saying that my tag broke straight away and they were really understanding. Reached out to me and sent me a new tag straight away. I have reinforced this new tag with a bit of super glue just to make sure it doesn't happen again and I've put it on a smaller d-ring so it doesn't move about so much, I have also zip tied it to her collar handle as I feel it smacking against the metal loop of her collar probably caused it to break quicker.Love the app and the fact that you get an email when the tag is scanned. Super clever idea. Really well made app where you can upload all the information you want. My dog is reactive and knowing that I can put on her collar that she should not be put with other dogs is a huge worry off my mind.

Fabulous product. My elderly relatives dog has become Houdini in her old age, a quick scan and all her info is there and I get an email to say she’s been scanned and where. Fabulous product and super easy to set up

So far this tag seems hard wearing and certainly looks good. I really like the QR reader and have checked it a few times and it certainly tells you the precise location of our pup via email and informs the scanner of all the pertinent info required by law for them to contact you. Extra peace of mind! Highly recommended!

Genius! A dog tag that acts as a tracker too. And for no added subscription price. When someone scans the QR code the owner receives an email with GPS coordinates of where it was scanned. It’s a brilliant idea and genuinely so worth every bit of money
